Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Brighton where there were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Bernd was a friendly host meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was always responsive with messaging and great with our check-in times. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would come back again!

We had an amazing couple of days at Pete’s place with the family. The home was beautifully set up, and we especially loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna—such a treat! The location worked really well for us too, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. Pete was super responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole trip stress-free. Overall, it was the ideal escape and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton. Thanks for a truly relaxing and memorable stay!

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. We had a wonderful time staying here, the surroundings were so beautiful and every part of the hideaway was a pleasure. The hosts were great and were very patient with our very excitable puppy. Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

The Hive is set in beautiful surroundings and the space is really nicely set up with big sliding doors out on to a deck looking over a wooded area. Kevin and Stella were friendly and really helpful when we needed anything. The kitchen was stocked with really helpful essentials like coffee and had everything we needed.

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

This is the 2nd time we have been here and we love it. It’s great for families with kids and we hope to come back again next year

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay here with our son and two grandsons. The snooker table, table tennis and tennis court provided endless entertainment. A delightful property and location. Nicola was both welcoming and responsive to any questions
