The house and the location are amazing. The view from terrasse is unbelievably beautiful. Chiara is very helpful and available and provide all instructions in details. I will be back for sure.

Waouh ! Quel endroit magnifique au calme et entouré de verdure. Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique avec une vue impressionnante sur les montagnes et nous avons pris plaisir à utiliser la piscine en fin de journée après avoir visité la Sardaigne. Un grand merci à Lucas et Mariella pour leur accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse. Si vous recherchez le calme et la sérénité nous vous le recommandons vivement et les yeux fermés.

This is a very unique location in the heart of North Sardinia. The property is located on a large vine estate (still producing exquisite vines), on 450m altitude, surrounded by nature, with fresh, super-quiet nights full of stars, the most beautiful walks, and lots and lots of green. The house is old but beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, with high ceilings and original art. Laura greeted us with fully stocked kitchen, two bottles of divine wine and super friendly and welcoming. We even got towels changes after a few days. One of our best AirBnb experiences. Thank you Laura You do need a car, and the closest beach is about 45 minute ride, but even with a young child, this was well worth it for us.

Great stay! Super convenient location to the center of San Teodoro, walkable to everything. House was peaceful and clean. Antonello greeted us and welcomed us with food and drinks stocked which was so nice!! Heed his warning when he tells you about the Friday mercato. We didn’t move our rental car far enough and it got towed. He didn’t reply when we asked for advice on how to retrieve it but thankfully Gabriele was great and was super proactive about helping us get it back. Gabrielle also was very friendly and sent us some great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and excursions.

Maison très mignonne et hôte disponible et agréable !! Douche extérieure très appréciée des enfants au retour de plage ! Proximité de la plage et des sites touristiques, parfait !!!

Die schöne Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann: Alle Küchengeräte, Basiszutaten wie z. B. Öl und Salz, Putz- und Waschmittel inkl. Strandstühlen/Schirmen. Sehr angenehme Terasse mit Grill, bequeme Betten, gr. Auswahl an Kissen, funktionierende Klimanlage. Sozza ist ein kleines, etwas abgelegenes, Dorf mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Antonia Elia ist eine großzügige Gastgeberin und hält alles für ihre Gäste bereit, einschließlich aller Zutaten für das tägliche Frühstück. Im 5 Km entfernten Dorf Padru findet man Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und zwei Restaurants.Entfernungen mit dem PKW: Padru ca. 10 Minuten, 25 Minuten zum Flughafen in Olbia, 30 Minuten nach Olbia Zentrum, ca. 20 Minuten an die Strände von San Teodoro, je 90 Minuten nach Palau und Orosei.

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

Everything has been just perfect! The room is spacious, bright and equipped with you all you need. I have appreciated the extreme cleanliness of the room, the good quality of the mattress, and the attention Valerio, the host, pays in all the small details… we forgot our beach towels, but we found them in the room on arrival! Valerio is a great host: precise, clear, always available, kind and he speaks English fluently, not something to give for granted. Valerio knows Palau and the surrounding area very well, and he gave us precious tips. I have already booked my next stay with Valerio!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit da auf dem Berg unweit von Olbia. Wir haben die Tiere hier ringsum so lieb gewonnen, spiky Spike, punky Punk (der größere schwarze mit der Mähne)... es ist so idyllisch hier, der weite Blick übers Tal, die exotischen Pflanzen, die Sonne am Morgen bis in den Abend, spektakuläres Licht am Abend. Danke unserem tollen Vermieter Sebastiano, der uns jeden Morgen köstliches Frühstück brachte. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr, alles war fantastisch, wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen gemeinsamen Abend mit Sebastiano, seiner Frau und Freunden, zusammen gegessen, zusammen gesungen.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Emplacement parfait pour se balader à pied dans le centre ville. Belle rue tranquille à côté d’une belle place pleine de bars et restos charmants. Le bâtiment est calme et sécurisé, malheureusement il n’y a pas de vue mais par contre on a de la paix pour dormir. On peut arriver tranquillement même pendant la nuit et c’est trop facile d’arriver à l’aéroport d’Olbia . Hote très réactif et amiable.

Pietro e sua mamma sono due padroni di casa attenti e disponibilissimi, siamo entrati subito in sintonia. La casa è spaziosa, funzionale e completa di tutto (lavatrice, stendino, mollette, barbecue, tavolo esterno, detersivi, saponi ecc.) la casa è immersa in un'atmosfera d'altri tempi, è in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con possibilità di parcheggio vicino. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche le piante di fico in giardino.

Il monolocale si trova in una posizione ottima, a meno di 10 minuti da Olbia e 15/20 da San Teodoro. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti, bar, market e tutto quello che necessita per la vacanza. L’appartamento, anche se piccolo, è nuovo e molto pulito. Bagno non troppo comodo a causa delle piccole dimensioni ma la doccia è abbastanza grande anche per 2. L’host è molto cordiale e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Lovely stay, the apartment had what we needed, very clean and quiet. We would return as we believe this is good value for money. You will need a car to go into town, or use a taxi, but the surroundings compensate for the distance. Overall 5 stars, we are already missing sitting on the balcony, with stunning mountain views, watching the cattle and sheep graze across the field’s, whilst watching the sun go down …. . As for Maria, fabulous host, good communication prior to our arrival. We were not kept waiting to receive the keys, shown around and everything was explained to us. Contact numbers were given just in case we needed anything … perfect.

Schöne Unterkunft, die alles hatte was man braucht. Tony war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bis zur Altstadt waren es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber dafür hat man einen Parkplatz. Man hatte eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon beim Frühstücken. Gerne wieder!

Emilio and Giancarlo are great hosts. Their home is very welcoming and friendly. Not far from the airport, it’s a great find in Olbia. They were accommodating in coordinating a boat trip, which is sometimes tricky for tourists. My wife and I appreciated our time there and will definitely return :)

Het verblijf is op een landgoed, wat ons zeer positief heeft verrast. Het is mooi vormgegeven, tuin, zwembad en veranda zijn mooi op elkaar afgestemd en dicht bij de kamers. Ontbijt is uitstekend en zeer uitgebreid. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

We had a fabulous stay here! About 5 minutes walk to the central high street in Olbia, though far enough way for complete peace and quiet at night. Also very close to the main bus stops to get around the city and the coaches if you’re headed further afield. Such good value! Yoghurts, juice, butter, bread, coffee etc all provided and included in the cost. And a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sun with your food. Comfy bed in a light airy room with a great bathroom and shower. Our hosts were super helpful and let us drop our bags early. They had great local restaurant recommendations too. We got stuck with a cancelled bus and they were quick to send us local taxi numbers (huge help as lots of people ended up pretty stranded) I would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Dieser Ort war einfach magisch und unbeschreiblich schön. Die Anlage, der wunderschöne Garten und der traumhafte Naturpool haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Leute dort sind so nett und höflich und proaktiv. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen unseren Freunden diese Location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️… ✨

Mi trovavo in una situazione di difficoltà e Aurora mi ha prontamente risposto in maniera molto comprensiva e amichevole. Il soggiorno, seppur breve, è stato molto piacevole, la tranquillità e la pace che ho provato in mezzo agli ulivi lascia poco spazio alle parole. Le ragazze si sono poi dimostrate super disponibili e ospitali anche la mattina dopo accompagnandomi con la loro auto a Palau. A parer mio un esempio eccellente di ospitalità, nonostante abbiano aperto da poco. Brava brava brava

Liebe Ilaria, wie können wir in ein paar Zeilen ausdrücken, wie gut es uns bei dir in deinem B&B gefallen hat? Zuerst zu den Fakten: Ilarias B&B liegt in dem wunderschönen und ursprünglichen Dorf San Pasquale auf einem kleinen Berg, von welchem man das Meer sehen kann. Von San Pasquale benötigt man nur ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Palau und dem dortigen Hafen, um z.B. nach La Maddalena zu fahren. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war super geräumig und tip top sauber. Alle Fenster hatten Moskitogitter und es gab eine Klimaanlage. Uns hat alles ganz wunderbar gefallen! Nun aber zu dir, liebe Ilaria: Noch nie hatten wir einen Urlaub bei einer so unglaublich lieben, sympathischen und herzerwärmenden Gastgeberin. Es war so schön, morgens mit deinem fantastischen Frühstück umsorgt zu werden und dabei tolle und interessante Gespräche zu führen. Mit deiner unkomplizierten und liebenswerten Art hast du unseren Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht. Viele Grüße auch an deinen lieben Guiseppe! ☺️

Soggiorno stupendo. Jose persona affabile, simpatica e molto a modo: ci ha dato molti consigli utili su spiagge (e soprattutto parcheggi). Al mattino durante la sua ottima colazione (ci ha fornito anche alimenti senza glutine per me che sono celiaco) abbiamo chiacchierato spesso e volentieri, ci ha messo inoltre a disposizione attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Stanza piccola, come in foto, bagno impeccabile comprensivo di tutto il necessario, un bellissimo terrazzino attrezzato. Disponibilità di uno stendino giù nel suo giardino. Zona centrale.. perfetta: subito sulla strada presenti mini market e bazar, anche qualche ristorante (2 minuti a piedi), spiaggia La Cinta a 5 min di auto, Cala Brandinchi e Isuledda a 15 min, praticamente al centro di alcune delle migliori spiagge/calette di San Teodoro.
