Our lower unit is both contemporary and spacious with 800 sq ft that is brightly lit with ample windows, private bathroom, small kitchen, roomy entertainment area, and modern furnishings. Feels like a hotel with your own private entrance, great yard and seating for coffee in morning!

KEX Portland-Queen Shared Bath

While it may be our smallest room, our Queen Shared Bath has its charms. We call it "the most comfortable shoebox you'll ever stay in." This room is perfect for adventurers looking for a comfortable place to lay your head after a day of exploring Portland and the surrounding area. Just down the hall and throughout the building are multiple shared, individual locking bathrooms, each with its own shower. Linen & personal bath towels included. The size of the room is 100 sq ft.

Courtyard King - B1 (Pet Friendly)

Soothing, plush and quiet; a California King Bed awaits, with high thread-count sheets, crisp white duvets and your choice pillows. Please be aware these rooms are shower only. Windows or French Doors open to a private courtyard with relaxing seating, dense lush landscaping and some with the sound of a tranquil fountain. Each suite has a personal refrigerator, a working area and a cozy place to kick back and watch TV. Kitchenette amenities upon request.

The Dundee is located downtown Dundee, in the heart of Oregon’s Wine Country with dozens of acclaimed wineries nearby. Pearl District boutique stay in a historic building. Recently reimagined décor offers a much-needed refresh. Plus it’s an easy 4-min jaunt from Portland Union Station (if that’s how you roll). Your room charge will be paid prior to your arrival. The remaining balance of taxes (6% City Tax, 5.5% County Tax, 2% Tourism Tax) will be charged upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of $XX will also be collected.
