"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment adjacent to our house, with 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This upstairs abode is located just outside of BGSU but close enough to the stadium and the Stroh Center. It comfortably sleeps 6 and all bedrooms have TV and blinds. Your private space is equipped with a washer, dryer, Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, indoor fireplace, a dedicated work space and plenty of outdoor seating with our outdoor bistro set down below or the outdoor table with couches and chairs upstairs.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
