We arrived to a clean house, everything smelled fresh (Although it did take a couple hours for the scent of Fabuloso to dissipate). The pool was refreshing, and the screens were very effective at keeping mosquitos at bay. At first the pond seems sketchy (some floating trash and lots of algae), but as you look closely you’ll notice the fish and turtles. Ducks stop by often too. Overall a pleasant stay and we’ll definitely consider booking again the next time we visit. The location is a little out of the way of shopping and restaurants. You’ll need about 20 minutes driving to get anywhere, but the peace and quiet is appreciated. And there’s never any traffic, and that’s a plus.

This house was absolutely incredible—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy, stylish interior to the way natural light filled the rooms. The backyard and pool area were the real showstoppers, though. It felt like our own private oasis—peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing or snapping a few unforgettable photos. Jack’s place was clean, inviting and spacious for our family - 4 adults and 1 child. It was everything we had hoped for. And the best part is its proximity to the beach.

Place was great! Very clean and responsive host. I had a couple questions about the pool on our first day and Kimi got back to me right away! Pool and hot tub were perfect! Good location too, walkable with plenty of restaurants and shopping

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home with lots of privacy. The home was very clean and orderly. The kitchen is large and stocked with lots of cutlery, pans and other things needed to serve large meals. We made lots of use of the well taken care of grill. The pool is also large and well maintained. Our family had a great time.

The house is beautiful and we felt right at home. Kitchen was big and had all amenities you could want and so much storage space!! We had a few questions but the host was very responsive! Plenty of seating, beds were very comfortable and there were extra toothbrushes, wash clothes, towels etc. Very close to town, less than a mile. Lots to do!

The place was exactly as depicted. The Host communicated well and provided everything you’d expect from a top tier hotel. Communication was excellent, I’d stay again.

BEAUTIFUL home, wonderful area. Close to the beach but private. The hot tub and pool were so convenient and the canal offered the opportunity to kayak or paddle board right from the house. Brought my daughters two dogs and they had a blast as well!! Would definitely stay again!

An amazing AirBnB experience!! We felt right at home here with our 2 boys (5 & 2 1/2 years old) and the house was even more beautiful in-person. The backyard was the highlight - we got so much use out of the pool, hot tub & mini golf. The pool floats, kids vests, beach towels, beach chair & beach bag provided were so appreciated & made things super easy for us. Thank you, Kelly, for quickly responding to all of my questions. We had a great trip and my kids keep saying that they miss their "Florida House" lol - would love to come back!

Remarkably clean and spacious! Perfect for our family, the kids loved the movie room and pool. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen (quality pots & pans, utensils, variety of mugs, cups, etc.)

We loved the cute decor in the house. Everything was well planned, & the backyard was wonderful. The owner included everything we needed to have a relaxing time during our stay!

Fabulous house! The location is close to town, 2 minute walk to beach. We had 7 adults and the space was open, comfortable & lots of room to sneak off to read a book, work without interruptions etc. Beds were comfortable, lots of beach chairs, towels, kayaks, umbrellas, beach accessories. We rent in Vero often & this beautiful home was a winner. Hosts were available if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

Yvonne responded to texts within minutes answering any of our questions and was extremely accommodating to make our stay perfect. The beautiful little touches like the Xmas tree and Xmas music playing when we arrived made us feel very welcome. She provided everything we needed and some extras that we didn’t expect. Thank you Yvonne and family for making our stay so pleasant and such fun!

We had our 2nd annual father son fishing trip… it was a great place to stay. Dads and sons enjoyed it very much. We will be coming back for another visit!
