Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Great place, well priced for UES. Lots of room - great for two people who might need to work or just be on different schedules. Lots of windows, quiet enough. Francesco has really thought of everything you’re likely to need. Well equipped kitchen, extra pillows & bedding, just easy living😊

Seemingly newly renovated space with a clean comfortable vibe. Convenient to local retail. Pedro is very welcoming and responsive. Great value for the money.

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellport, it was extremely clean! The kitchen/baths were well appointed. The yard is gorgeous and the pool was delightful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Such a great place!

We planned a moms weekend away at Chris’ house and the accommodations were great! Easily fit 8 women comfortably. The only issue was figuring out the heat (it was a fancy thermostat) and definitely could have used a larger coffee pot and more mugs for the amount of people. Otherwise, all good and we would definitely consider booking again!

The cottage is in a perfect location in the heart of Southampton and less than 5 minutes to basically everywhere. The house is spotless and AJ was very flexible with our check-in and was also incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed long term at this unit and felt comfortable and at home from day 1. The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom, with two very comfortable bathrooms, two large bedrooms, and a separate living area. Wifi was very good, the building is very quiet, and parking was free and close by. The apartment allows for easy walking to a beautiful city park (Wooster Square), to events and concerts at Yale (mostly free) and to East Rock Park, which has amazing hiking and views of New Haven. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt had a full size washer and dryer that worked very well. The only minor negative would be some road noise from outside, but that's normal in an urban area. But we always felt safe and very comfortable in the neighborhood. Camila was very responsive and addressed a few minor things that came up in our extended stay very promptly. We'd welcome the chance to stay in this unit again.

We have stayed a few times at this property. It’s great. The host is always friendly, helpful and accommodating and also attends to any issues rapidly. The apartment is as depicted - clean, compact and fully serviceable. Beds are comfortable with a queen in one room and bunk beds in the other. Kitchen is well stocked. Neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Grocery, coffee and other conveniences within 2 blocks. We will definitely be staying again.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed off peak season, although alot was closed we felt right at home and were more than happy to spend family time at this condo! The views were stunning, and the condo was immaculate. We were close to everything and was still within very reasonable driving distance to the surrounding towns. Julie was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive and accomadating throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next year!

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Séjour très agréable chez Sandra à la Casa Erika. Logement très propre, bien équipé, confortable, lumineux et sécurisé dans un quartier calme. Il est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Cypress Hills avec sur le chemin, un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Sandra est attentionnée et s'assurera que tout est en ordre pour le meilleur accueil. Elle reste aussi facilement joignable en cas de besoin. Pour un séjour réussi à New York, je recommande cette adresse.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.
