Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

We absolutely loved staying here the night before our cruise. The house is so unique and fun themed. We loved all the seating in the kitchen. The master bedroom slept my husband & I plus our 4 & 2yr old in the bed, as well as my brother and sister in the bunkbeds. Our kiddos absolutely loved the pool! Us parents highly appreciated all of the kid friendly touches in the home from the kid plates to the step-stool in the bathroom and highchair in the closet. It made staying away from home way easier. We admired the one of kind counter tops and bathroom theme. This house felt very at home, it is not boujee, I mean that in the best way! Blankets were clean and soft, we slept great. We would totally stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe this home. Everything was as pictured and then some, and SO clean! The beach is just a short walk away and the sunrise is breathtaking. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating. My youngest (2yo) was occupied with the toys and enjoyed being able to climb the bunk beds. My mom and sons girlfriend both agreed that the full sized bunk beds were nice in comparison to the twin sized the night before. Traveling with children to unfamiliar places can be stressful but with the fenced in back yard and the white fence around the front porch I was never afraid for my sons safety. In addition to the fencing the back door also had a chime when it was opened which gave me even more peace of mind when allowing my son to play independently. With the mature trees around the property you feel like you are in your own private paradise. Price is more than reasonable. The outside shower was also a big hit with everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our stay was great! Location was 3-5min walk to the beach. Had an issue with propane empty and jon took care of the issue so fast! Highly recommend this place

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

really enjoyed the privacy and relaxed beachfront. very comfy beds and excellent amenities. convenient location. heated saltwater pool was a game changer for my 2.5 year old toddler. the place was clean and i would love to come back. our florida trip was great!

This house is great! We were an extended family of adults and children ranging from 1yr -9years. This is our 2nd stay here and it was as nice as we remember. There is a lot of space to spread out both inside and outside. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom! The outdoor space is wonderful. We ate all of our meals on the patio. The pool was heated and great fun for the kids (and adults)! The pool area was a favorite hang out spot when we were not at the beach. The walk to the beach is short and safe. There were plenty of beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely be coming back!

our family enjoyed the home to the fullest! the pool was the best; home was well laid out; enough for us all to have our own space; the walk to the beach was a little difficult since our children ranged from 3-19; but the second day we rented a golf cart; that made it easy; the home was in a beautiful quite neighborhood; with shopping and food right down the road on either side; one of our best beach vacations yet!!! our host checked in on us continuously; that was greatly appreciated; definitely would recommend to anyone that is doing a family vacation!!!!

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

Great vacation great home & perfect location

Easy access to beach and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the pier. Great view of rocket launch from the beach. Live music at the pool on Saturday was a great bonus!

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

This is a super place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need. A lot of thought has been put into this Air BNB. It was just myself and my hubby staying there for a long weekend but we both commented on how perfect a place it is for a family! The cute book nook & the little space turned into a little bedroom hideaway for a little one - just adorable! The beds were very comfortable & linens and towels freshly laundered & good quality. The location is fantastic for the beach - we were so lucky as we happened upon a rocket launch one evening when we decided to walk the 800 ft to the beach after dinner! The only thing we were puzzled by was the $50 fee to use the grill in the back garden area. We have never paid a fee for this in any other Air BNB before. We assumed it must be liability fee - Understandable) We had planned to only eat in one of the three nights we were there so we cooked in the kitchen. Adding $50 to a home-cooked meal was a no for us

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Excellent choice for vacation. House was easy to find and as pictured in listing, except for the newly updated beds in the bedrooms which were very comfortable and the new patio furniture. The place is fully furnished and we appreciated the half bath on the main level. There was ample necessities provided and all cleaning supplies. Pictures do not do the path to the beach justice, it is honestly a short walk from the deck steps. Perfect vacation location and Amy was very easy to work with.

This was our third year spent at Seamark Condos and second at Kelly’s condo and we have already booked our return trip for next year. This place is our own private Alice of paradise. The condo is not fancy but has everything we need and it always clean. It is perfect for our family of three. The condo walking out to the beach is perfect. The beach is clean, has great shells to find, and is awesome to catch a rocket launch from. The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. Across the street is Surfin Turtle Ice Cream and down the block is the Salty Bagel - both of which we walked to and enjoyed every day. Kelly is always so responsive and kind. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going well. We absolutely love staying here.

We had a wonderful time at Angela’s place. Angela was very informative, considerate and provided excellent communication throughout the entire stay. We were also impressed with all information and local recommendations provided. The house was exactly as pictured, private beach and views were amazing. Would love to visit again.
