Dryslwyn Log Cabins

Dryslwyn Cabins are only six minutes off J35 M4. They are newly built and fully insulated with gas central heating. They are log cabins, entirely constructed from timber, which gives off a beautiful natural scent. They are located in secluded countryside in close proximity of the owner's property, looking out onto fields where ponies graze. Their position puts them in easy reach of the coast, the City of Cardiff and The Bay and many more places of interest to visit, all within 30 minutes drive!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space nestled in a wooded area in the Rhondda Fach Valley. A modern house ideal to unwind and admire the stunning scenery and wildlife. A private quarry and stream on the doorstep. A perfect place to relax and explore 1.7 hectors of nature with a Rookery, Ravens and Falcons, Bats and Fox. A natural habitat allowing butterfly and birds to thrive is to the right of the house. At the end of the drive is the road used by Cistercian monks to pilgrimage

Step outside and enjoy stunning walks, superb bike rides or peaceful fishing directly from this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the beautiful Rhondda Valley, without even getting in the car. Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons are also just a short drive away making the house an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore all that the area has to offer. Bike storage and bike washing facilities available. Parking for 3 cars. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £20 pet fee per dog.

Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.
