Our host was extremely gracious, great at communicating, and the place was a perfect place to call home while you stay in Princeville. I highly recommended this stay.

This place is so very close to the ocean. Very secluded in a beautiful way. The bed was so comfortable! I slept really well. Joe was really responsive to us and answered all my questions. The loft has everything you need. 🩵

A bumpy ride there, but that was clearly noted in the post and message from the host. Worth it though because my husband and I had the best sleep of our vacation here. Very airy and peaceful.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short, easy walk to the Kona Pier, which made exploring the waterfront and downtown area so convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and I loved being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and the ocean any time of day. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and check-in was a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kona!

Gyeong's place is amazing! If you have a chance to stay there, book it right now! It was very nice, in the very best location. I enjoyed the sunrises off the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. It fit my husband and I in the king size bed, a roll out twin for my 11 year old, and another more sturdy twin size bed for my 22 year old. There are two amazing swimming pools, shops right there at the Ilikai Hotel, the elevators were in good working order and the atmosphere was even better than I expected. I needed an extra blanket and Gyeong brought it. My son likes very cold AC on, which works well, so we bought souvenir towels to use as extra blankets. The blankets are very light weight which wasn't enough for us. The host was very responsive. There are sand toys, floaties for the pool, beach umbrella, everything you need to enjoy your stay. One more recommendation--go to the Polynesian Cultural Center villages, buffet and performance on the North Shore! Gyeong's place was AMAZING!

Joel’s place was great! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Joel was also great to communicate with. We will definitely be back and will recommend Joel’s place to our friends and family.

La ubicación es excelente puedes caminar a las mejores playas de Kona, no cuenta con estacionamiento pero no es problema ya que puedes estacionarte afuera, el lugar es poco ruidoso para alguien con sueño ligero - tiene todo lo que necesitas para un viaje en pareja, el area común es increíble y cómoda.

Loved our stay! Everything was as described and the views were fantastic. The hosts and their concierge were very responsive and helpful.

We have stayed many condos in Kepuhi and were greatly impressed with all the amenities that were offered. It was beautiful and Ted was a wonderful host and communicated so quickly and to all questions. We so appreciated being welcomed n to their condo....and hope to return.

Ryan was an above-and-beyond outstanding host. Great place, well-stocked and clean, and sweet location. Very private feeling on the lanai surrounded by gardens. Comfortable beds and great to have different A/C zones (upstairs, downstairs bed, and downstairs common area) for the whole family. Ryan was super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We would stay for a family vacation any time. Thanks Ryan!

Great host. Great place. My girlfriend and I lived at this place for 2 months. Side note: if you live here long term you will need to throw away your own trash. The trash site is about 5 min drive There are more bugs in a remote area so you will need to be very clean when you cook. I remembered throwing food in a trash bin and next morning, I found lots of fruit flies hovering over it. These fruit flies are so small they find their way in the house with the smallest cracks. Overall, this place is amazing. It’s quiet and no disturbance. Good to be away from the big city for a while. Also side note, we bought a fan from Walmart because it got too hot up in the bed area. I noticed the house didn’t have AC. So something to keep in mind when you book this place.
