Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Πανέμορφο εξοχικό σπίτι μπροστά στη θάλασσα

Πανέμορφη εξοχική κατοικία στο Πολύχρονο της Χαλκιδικής με δικό του κήπο πλήρως επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ( μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα κτλ.), λευκά είδη, air - condition, wifi, κουζινικά είδη και ό,τι είναι απαραίτητο. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 6 άτομα με δύο διπλά κρεβάτια και έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι που ανοίγει και γίνεται διπλός. It is 200 meters away from the sea which is awarded with a blue flag. In 40 meters away there is supermarket , bakery is 150 meters away and around the place there are different stores.
