Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijk kindvriendelijk huis op een prachtige, rustige locatie met een schitterend uitzicht over Soller. Het huis was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat zorgde voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Sarah was uitstekend in de communicatie - ze reageerde altijd snel, dacht met ons mee en was flexibel bij het inchecken. Echt een aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Lovely house in the old town of Alcúdia with a superb rooftop. Lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. George and Lisa were very welcoming and gave us a lot of valuable tips for discovering the island. I hope we'll come back one day!

Très beau logement, parfait pour une grande famille ou pour un groupe d’amis. Beaucoup de salle de bains/toilettes. L’emplacement est très bien également pour se rendre à Palma très rapidement. La communication avec la propriétaire est très fluide et facile. Réponses rapides. Merci !

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

Upon arrival we were met by Patricia, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended some good restaurants to go to. At checkout she was very flexible, letting us checkout much later than we needed to, which was very kind of her - to quote: "Tanquil!" The apartment is very well situated, being close to the marina and some nice bars and restaurants. Also, the views are amazing! We spent every breakfast and some lunches and dinners on the balcony looking over the bay.

Wunderschönes Airbnb in super toller Lage! Das Apartment ist echt groß und es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht und die Aussicht war auch fantastisch. Auch Jaime war immer gut erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet bei Fragen. Immer gerne wieder!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Wij zijn afgelopen week op vakantie geweest op Mallorca en verbleven in dit appartement. We hebben een dochter van 2. Pluspunten: campingbedje, handdoeken, strandlakens, speelgoed, speelgoed en benodigdheden voor het strand, paar blikjes koud drinken in de koelkast, je kan zelfs bakken op vakantie dus een goed ingerichte keuken, fijn overdekt balkon met lekkere bank waar wij elke avond op gechilled hebben, fijn contact met Laetitia en diegene die de deur opent en wat wij erg fijn vonden met onze dochter is dat de omgeving waar het appartement staat is afgesloten met 2 hekken en een poortdeur dus onze dochter kon nooit zomaar de weg op lopen. Echt een aanrader en wie weet komen we nog eens terug! Eigenlijk geen minpunt te bedenken voor ons.

Die Wohnung ist saubet und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luxus sind die 2 Badezimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In 2 Minuten ist man an der schönen Sandbucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Wasser.

We had a great couple of days at Maria's apartment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood a few minutes' walk from the centre, with a gorgeous view from the terrace which we enjoyed during our morning coffee. The apartment is spacious and the pictures present it very adequately. It is very well equipped with all essentials. Parking is easy either in the designated parking space or in the street. Maria is one of the nicest Hosts we have ever had, gave us plenty of recommendations for the area, and was very flexible and communicative. Thank you for this lovely time!

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement von Luis sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Luis war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat auf jede gestellt und nicht gestellte Frage zügig geantwortet. Wir könne die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Appartement proche de toutes commodités, avec parking accessible. Plein de petites attentions présentes comme des boissons, huile d'olive, gel douche, café... Francisco a été très réactif quand nous en avions besoin. Malheureusement l'appartement est très mal insonorisé et nous avons été gênés par le bruit absolument chaque jour (voisins avec TV forte, d'autres qui hurlaient en bas de l'immeuble ou dans les couloirs jusqu'à 1h, chien aboyant toute une nuit...), mais pour cela l'hôte n'y est pour rien. Merci pour tout !

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

Toni was a friendly host. He was responsive and explained everything well. The flat was clean and had everything that was listed among the amenities. Great host, great place!
