There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the Mill Spring, NC area, includes entire house. Situated only 10 miles from beautiful Lake Lure and 6.6 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center, it's the perfect little private getaway for your time in the area. If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.
