This was our second time using Airbnb and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean, well kept, and well stocked. The building as a whole was well maintained (elevators, pool, etc). The views from living room and bedroom were amazing- we were sure to have coffee and breakfast on the balcony each day! But the real thing that stood out was the level of hospitality Dianne provided- from beach chairs to luxurious beach towels. She provided clear instructions as well and was very responsive to our needs. And on top of that, she had recommendations for local eateries…and now we have a new favorite - the Shrimp Basket! Many thanks to Dianne for a lovely vacation!

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

I love the place .

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. We had a great time! Dwight's place was just as described and was clean and nice. If you are looking for a place right on the beach but way from all the crowds, this is the best place to visit. Dwight was a very nice host and answered every question I had. We will definitely be booking with him in the future. Thank you, Dwight, for letting us use your home for our vacation!

We had four adults and my dog who stayed the week of fall break. Perfect weather but the recent hurricane brought up biting flies which I had never encountered here and are tenacious! You can’t control Mother Nature so it made the huge porch that much more of an asset. I loved that it had a gate for our dog and you could move around the house to hide from the sun as it shifted throughout the day. Great spot to get away from the large groups that have become the norm at the gulf. Not listed in the amenities but they have a grill.

The house and the host are wonderful. The area is very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for my husband and I. The local neighbors are very friendly too. The home was very clean and well stocked. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

This is our 4h consecutive year taking our spring vacation at Debbie’s beautiful bay cabin. You can read my last 3 reviews for all the information about the wonderful place this is. Thank you Debbie for everything! Can’t wait for next year.

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to beach. Minutes from all activities. My Dad was sick the whole time because of something he ate before we left, but he said that was the best rest he’d had in a while. That bed was very comfortable and he knows now that he needs to change his mattress when he gets home lol. But overall we had absolutely everything we needed. 10-10 definitely recommend!!

Irwin's place was exactly what we were hoping for. The house has very well laid out floorplan between kitchen, dining room and living room. Good sized bedrooms. All needed supplies were available right in the house. All around it was just a really comfortable house and yard. Irwin really did think of everything as far as making the stay easy and enjoyable. The location is close to the beautiful little town of Fairhope which has a nice ocean beach on the bay. We definitely give Irwin's place the highest possible rating.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

We loved our stay at this townhome! Super cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and it was easy to get to things. Everything felt close, but not crowded. We did come before things really pick up in the summer, so I’m sure that helped. We have three little kids (6 & under) and we were a bit worried about how it would work with the stairs in the townhome, but our boys did fine. The place is a bit back off the beach than we usually stay, but the golf cart made getting to the beach so quick and easy. We were thankful we didn’t have to deal with elevators and crowds that come with condos. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the beach club, but we frequented both pools, the fitness center, and tennis courts and all were so nice! We really liked Perdido Key area, and are really considering booking with Chase for next year!

Clare’s place was great for our family of 4. We felt like the price was right for spring break pricing for the location, which was a block off the main strip and a short walk to the beach. It was clean upon arrival, and she was willing to let us check in a few hours early since there was not a guest staying immediately prior our arrival. She was a great communicator and her response time was minimal. The AC did not kick on so we reached out. Within about 30 minutes Dave showed up to trouble shoot, and within about 45 minutes of him being there, an HVAC pro was on site. After a quick repair, the place cooled off and no more issues. We were grateful for such quick action!

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We rented for our large family, it was a great fit and room for everyone. My kids and grandkids can't wait to come back and asked if we could stay at this house again. walk to the beach was short even with toddlers. Loved that there was beach chairs, umbrella, floaties and tons of sand toys for the kiddos!

Jeff was very accommodating and everything was as explained. A few hiccups with checkin but no fault of owners. The security guard at the complex couldn’t tell us how to get to the unit with the construction happening. All in all, great value and very clean accommodations!

We had a great stay at Gavin's place! A great, quiet location with such a quick walk to the ocean. Place was clean and relaxing! Very comfy beds

The house is very close to the beach and the use of the pool was wonderful, the only suggestion I would make is to put some window treatments downstairs on the windows so people can’t see in at night! Thank you for a fun beautiful stay!

Julie's house is definitely one of the most beautiful in the island. But the added amenities are what make it special: pool, ping pong table, bikes, basketball hoop, board games. It's great for a big family with kids. They're walking distance to the beach (but the sand dunes make it hard, just drive). One thing I didn't expect were the lengthy cleaning instructions that you find once you're there. Which were fine and reasonable (bringing garbage out, washing towels etc). But it would have been nice to have it added to the page description so you know that's what you're getting into before you book. If you have small kids with you, we found a big snake in the backyard, so just be careful. Oh also, bring mosquito spray. They are aggressive at night. I'm glad we chose Julie's home for our family outing. Highly recommend.

This was our fourth trip to Fort Morgan. We had passed the Rookery before so we were familiar with the location. Proximity to the pool was great. There is public beach parking nearby. There were plenty of beach essentials in the outdoor storage shed. Huge kitchen table allowed for meals and evening card games. We had 6 adults and had plenty of space thanks to two full bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. TV was nice in between beach and pool sessions. Definitely an excellent value. Fort Morgan is away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores but close enough if you want to go to Lulu’s, Lambert’s, or a Dolphin Cruise.
