An absolutely fantastic place, great layout, very cozy, private, incredible location. I liked that just about every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a rare and hard to find commodity when searching for a place to stay on vacation. Another big plus is the amenities of the Nakoma Resort were included, WOW!!! Lets not forget about the views off the back deck of the green on the 6th hole of The Dragon GC. I especially liked the binder showing the lakes around the area, I caught some Largemouth bass at Lake Davis. Looking forward to doing this again next year. We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for our family—spacious, cozy, and well thought out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was so peaceful to soak in while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We ended every evening out there and it made the trip feel like a treat. The backyard was another favorite—, with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play while the adults relaxed. The setting felt so peaceful, with lovely touches that made it feel special. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a space that’s both fun and relaxing for families. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home.

The place is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is mostly large, beautiful homes that made the morning walk a little more interesting. Comfy bed and pillows. Could use something to sit on in the master. I’m too short to sit on the bed to put on my socks. Other than that, we had no complaints and would recommend it to others.

This was a great place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and the location was really nice right on the golf course. Also, the lake is across the street which makes for a great view when going on walks. There is a day use area just down the road, as well as a playground. The house is full stocked with anything we needed, including the essentials for a trip with our kids/baby. We’d love to return and would definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and peaceful and Aaron and family are gracious and communicative hosts. I can’t wait to stay again when I visit next!

Best AirBnB rental we've ever had. Everything about the house and yard (fenced in backyard for the dog!) is accurately described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful home. We had a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and one large dog. Plenty of space to spread out in the house - for working, studying, napping, playing games, dining, cooking, watching a movie, and just generally hanging out. (Note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the two full baths, but the downstairs half bath and laundry room is very convenient.) Modern home, and yet warm and almost rustic feeling. We hope to return in spring or summer, and again in winter.

It was our second time staying at Matt & Andrea's perfect little cabin at lovely Prattville on Lake Almanor. It really is the perfect spot on the west shore. Can't wait to stay there again!

We had a teacher's professional development retreat and it was perfect! We had the attendees stay here and the speakers visited each day. It worked perfectly for the vibe of our retreat while providing plenty of amenities. We had a few issues with some HOA reports but she was very kind and we worked together to fix it. We would definitely return.

Greg is a wonderful host with a wonderful house. My crew had a super comfortable stay! We were a large group, and there was plenty of space for all of us—quiet, beautiful views. The house was clean, as described. Overall, it was a great place, and I would recommend it!

I happened to be there when they were having the heaviest snowfall of the year and a couple of storms came through the area. Glenda made sure the walkway and driveway were cleared. The cabin had all the necessities: bathroom supplies, kitchen utensils for food prep and cooking, eating dishes and utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, TV, comfortable bed (and warm), and of course coffee. With the bad weather, parking the car in a carport was a real plus. No frost on the windows and no snow to remove. My schedule, as well as the weather, didn't allow for me to take advantage of exploring the area. There appeared to be a variety of restaurants and the grocery store was well stocked. A nice stream flows near the cabin. The cabin is not on the main highway so there is no road noise. The yard is fenced with a gate and looked like a nice place to hang out in the summer.

We had an excellent stay, despite the smoke from the Park fire. Karen was very responsive and willing to work with us if we decided the smoke was going to be too much. The house was beautifully decorated and worked perfect for our family of 4. Having a boat slip you could see from the balcony was such a nice touch. The neighbors were all very nice. We will be back!

Cody's place was very accommodating. The accommodations were nice, comfortable, and clean. As a host, Cody was excellent, responsive, and very kind. I recommend his place—it's a great deal.

Laurie's place was in such a beautiful location. She communicated clearly with me and emailed directions and house manual information. Unfortunately, the only time I had from my business happened to be one of the hottest times of the year. We knew there was no A/C but had hopes that it would be a little cooler in the mountains. When we arrived it was just too hot for our comfort with 100 degree weather. We ended up going back home just 40 minutes from her place so I can't comment on our actual stay. However, Laurie was awesome and communicated great and the place was such a beautiful and quaint getaway. We hope to stay sometime in the future. A great spot for the doggos to have a weekend in nature!

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s cabin! The space was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having AC units throughout the home since it was warm at night. The griddle and outdoor space was perfect for dinners. We’d love to come back!

The cabin was amazing!!! The view spectacular!!! Loved everything about it! We were in the area for a wedding. While putting things away I discovered that I forgot my dress!!!! I called Tiffany to ask were to go shopping for one, she offered to let me borrow one of hers!!! How incredibly sweet! I ended up wearing black slacks and a nice top that I had as I couldn't find anything in Quincy. I was way more comfortable!!! Turned out better for me :) Love how the hall bath has access from the bedroom. Perfect place for two couples! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Tiffany!!!!!!

That house was beautiful and spacious. The location was awesome. The neighbors were wonderful. It was a great place for us to take our family.
