Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und das Haus einzigartig. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, um jeden Abend ein schönes Essen zuzubereiten. die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza nell'appartamento di Uberto. È molto accogliente ed in posizione strategica per spostarsi anche senza l'ausilio della macchina. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato per giri in bicicletta (splendido il giro dell'Argentario) e momenti di relax o corsa sulla spiaggia (che è veramente a due minuti a piedi). Inoltre il giardino è grande e ben isolato dalla strada, quindi permetteva di leggere e studiare in tutta tranquillità. Speriamo di poterci tornare.

Ludovica’s place is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is super picturesque and Ludovica is such a warm and responsive host. She also has an animal shelter that guests can go to(: Home was clean and suitable for our large group of 11. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

Entspannte Location, der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt nicht nur zum Planschen sondern auch zum richtigen Schwimmen ein. Die Familie vor Ort ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen freilaufenden Schäferhund, der sehr süß und stur ist. Da das Airbnb über dem hauseigenen Restaurant ist, kann man nicht nur Wein verkosten sondern auch vor Ort essen. Das Essen war wirklich gut! Die Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sie funktionieren. Eine richtig schön italienische Erfahrung!

Met 2 gezinnen (8 personen) een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Authentiek huis met bijpassende sfeer. Echte Italiaanse ervaring, lekker kunnen koken met BBQ buiten. 4 slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamer. 3 keukens met 2 koelkasten (1 met grote vriezer). Vriendelijke loslopende honden nabij het huis. Huis in de prachtige natuur, vlakbij mooi dorpje Ficulle en 30 minuten rijden naar Orvieto. Laura is een fantastische host. Alles wordt opgelost en ze heeft geweldige recreatie tips. Zwembad niet groot, maar prima om lekker af te koelen. pubers hebben zich ook vermaakt.

L’esperienza in villa è stata pazzesca! Dal vivo è molto meglio che in foto. Gli spazi comuni tra cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno sono molti ampi, arredati con gusto e il paesaggio dai finestroni non necessitano di descrizione… Godersi il tramonto con il camino acceso ed un bel bicchiere di vino comodamente seduti sul divano non ha eguali! Camere da letto spaziose ed eleganti, ognuno la col suo bagno, il che ha permesso ad ogni coppia di aver la propria privacy Gli esterni incantevoli ❤️ Nelle vicinanze c’è il lago di chiusi, il Trasimeno e ottimi ristoranti o cantine dove trascorrere il tempo tra un borgo e l’altro La cucina era fornita di tutto! Ma proprio tutto! Abbiamo trovato anche bilancia e frullatore ad immersione…. Calici e bicchieri innumerevoli 🤣 Che altro dire? Ci torneremo per godere anche della piscina che ahimè era chiusa ad Aprile

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Place is nice with open space around it. Kitchen is small but adequate. Nice BBQ pit that allowed you to use wood, charcoal and propane. About a one mile walk to town where there are good restaurants, grocery store and a great homemade pasta shop. Only complaint is that the washing machine was not working.

We loved our stay. We were very comfortable and loved relaxing at the villa while exploring the area. Everything was exactly as described and Martino was incredibly responsive and helpful with recomendations.

All I can say is magical perfection! This beautiful home was curated with so much love and intention. My daughter and I had the most incredible time staying home and cooking after visiting the local supermarket but also near so many great places for day trips like Siena and Florence. The hosts were wonderful with communication helping us plan in advance. We were also able to schedule a private chef and cooking lesson. It was sad to leave. We felt so at home and cannot wait to go back! Waking up to the birds chirping and all of the natural beautiful light having everything we needed to feel at home. I will advise to pay close attention to their directions in getting there as Google maps and Apple maps sometimes does not recognize certain small streets and pathways in Tuscany.The house manager was also wonderful. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

The town and location of this home couldn’t have been more ideal—picturesque and conveniently situated near a variety of activities and attractions. Deborah has been one of the best hosts we’ve had through Airbnb. Given the more rural nature of the area, we had a number of questions, and Deborah was incredibly responsive to every request. Her restaurant staff was equally warm and helpful. Having breakfast included was also a wonderful bonus for our large family. Everyone had an incredible time and looks forward to visiting again :)

Maya's villa was wonderful for me and my family. The home itself is large, modernized, clean, and upscale. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The exterior patio is large, shaded, comfortable, and presents a beautiful view of the surrounding area positioned very nicely at the top of a hill. The pool is large, clean, and a refreshing reprieve from the heat of the summer. You can easily connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers enhancing the general ambience. They have a handful of items and activities around the property such as a ping pong table, basketball net, swings, climbing ropes, and a tree house. We also loved having the outdoor cats present to greet us daily. Don't worry if you're allergic to cats, they won't affect you. Popular towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Pienza are about 45 minutes to an hour away. Other towns are closer if you prefer others. I highly recommend this property for families.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans une demeure qui se distingue par son caractère authentique et sa finesse. Bien que notre séjour fût court, l’empreinte du lieu est restée marquante grâce à un panorama saisissant sur les collines toscanes, visible depuis l’espace détente. Le mauvais temps nous a privés de l’usage de la piscine, mais la vaste terrasse nous a permis de savourer un déjeuner convivial en plein air autour d’un barbecue. À l’intérieur, l’agencement moderne se mêle à des touches artistiques, chaque détail étant soigneusement pensé pour offrir confort et esthétisme. Philippe et Muriel, nos hôtes, ont su trouver le parfait équilibre entre disponibilité et respect de notre intimité, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le terrain, impeccablement entretenu et idéalement situé pour explorer les villages environnants, constitue un atout supplémentaire. Un endroit que l’on quitte à regret… mais avec l’envie d’y revenir.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Consigliamo assolutamente a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità e desiderano visitare i più bei borghi e città dell'Umbria e Toscana.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez paola. La maison est immense et très agréable, la piscine gigantesque, le tout entouré d’une sublime végétation. Son emplacement est idéal, à la fois isolée pour vivre des vacances en toutes tranquillité et à proximité de villages typiques italiens et de lacs magnifiques. Paola à été tout au long du séjour extrêmement disponible et réactive à nos questions sur la maison ou sur la région. Elle nous a réservé à notre demande une cuisinière pour un soir et une Baby Sitter. Cette maison est un petit coin de paradis! En espérant pouvoir revenir un jour afin d’explorer davantage cette magnifique région! Merci Paola pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et disponibilité !

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Olivastra. Everything was perfect. The hosts we're always available before and during our stay and helped us with very nice recommendations. The house is amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents the amazing views. We'd love to come again.
