Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles, was wir besichtigen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lenka ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat.

Skvělé ubytování blízko centra s parkováním. Klidné prostředí. Dobře vybavený apartmán. Návštěvu Českých Budějovic jsme si výborně užili!

Die Wohnung von Jirina war blitzsauber, groß, ruhig und modern eingerichtet. Das Auto kann man direkt am Haus parken. Der Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Von der Wohnung ist man in wenigen Gehminuten direkt im Zentrum von Budwar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen und werden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle die Budwar besuchen wollen.

What a fantastic place! We would highly recommend Renata’s apartment. It was extremely clean, stylish and welcoming. Whether you want somewhere as a base to explore the beautiful Czechian countryside or want to see Prague but not to stay in Prague then this place works. Very peaceful yet accessible by both car and train. Renata and Michael were both very friendly and left us some garden produce. Even the foul weather - it rained the three days we were there - didn’t detract. We were able to watch the river rising from a, thankfully, safe distance.

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

Maly, ale utulny apartman, dostatecne ulozne prostory, prakticky zarizeny. Vse v poradku, radi se zase nekdy vratime.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Ubytování i výhled byly překrásné! Naprostá spokojenost, čistota a vše co jsme potřebovali jsme v apartmánu našli, není nic co bychom vytkli, absolutní spokojenost

Fantastické ubytování u velice milých hostitelů. Zvláště vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi. Tiché a klidné prostředí.

Skvělá lokalita apartmánu - hned vedle sjezdovky, turistických tras, lesa. Několik restaurací v dosahu pěší chůze. Apartmán je čistý, vkusně vybavený značkovými spotřebiči vč. rozkládací sedačky, kterou lze jedním pohybem rozložit nebo složit a navíc s perfektní matrací, na které se opravdu dobře spí. Apartmán je tak plnohodnotným ubytováním pro 4 dospělé osoby. Velkým plusem je také soukromá terasa se zahradou, vybavená grilem a posezením. Hostitelka Alena je velmi příjemná a snažila se nám ve všem vyjít vstříc. Hodně nás potěšil její zájem o naši spokojenost.

Krásné a čisté ubytování v novém apartmánovém domě. Době vybavená kuchyně. Snadný proces ubytování, jasné pokyny od majitele. Přesně takhle si představuji kvalitní ubytování přes Airbnb.
