Unwind on plush living room furnishings, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or curl up by the fireplace on the recliners. For those working remotely, dedicated workspaces with desks and chairs are also available. A ground-floor closet is full of beach equipment, from chairs to sand toys, so you and your family can enjoy your time on the beach; or relax in the tiki bar looking at the ocean over the dunes. The location within the Pirates Beach community makes this a most desirable destination. Nearby attractions are close and easily accessible. Combined with a quiet, private beach allows you and your family to truly enjoy the best of both worlds. Cook dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or follow the tips in the Best of Times Beach House guide book and try the locals' favorite restaurants. Galveston's laid-back island vibe will ensure your family will relax and make memories. Enjoy Schitterbahn and Moody Gardens, both just minutes away. Learn about Galveston's history through the many museums, or shop the eclectic boutiques on the Strand. The house has everything you need to relax, including an outdoor shower, patio furniture on both decks , a well-stocked kitchen with brand new, top-of-the-line appliances, and TVs. The well-organized and equipped home is one of the youngest and tallest in Pirates Beach. Our sister property, Best of Times Beach House (VRBO #475376), is right across the street if you want to stay with a larger group. When you are ready for the beach, it’s a short walk away! Beach toys, and life jackets are provided for fun in the sun. Our family home is kid-friendly and pet-friendly, but it is non-smoking. Please, only responsible renters over the age of 28.
