Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Hideaway

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful farm. Relax at this charming and newly renovated open concept lower level hide-away. This apartment has a private driveway, entrance and patio space on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. Sunset Acres is a private and peaceful home nestled on an acre, overlooking a vast field. Located in Scott County, just E. of Huntsville. This home is conveniently located 15 min east of I-75, just off Hwy. 63 (Baker Hwy). Close to groceries, gas & restaurants. Ideal for Brimstone riders who want to ride directly to the trails and perfect for families looking to enjoy the outdoors. 3BDR/1.5 Bath fully equipped with WIFI & DirectTV. Amazing sunsets, easy flat parking for trailers, easy access!

Appalachian Mountain Log Cabin (Private Retreat)

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, and resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum guitars, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting Service Animals of any kind.

Elk Lodge - Royal Blue-Tackett creek- 2miles

This newly built cabin provides a wonderful escape for your family to relax and enjoy family time! Whether you’re looking for a Romantic getaway or looking to tear up some trail heads! This is the place to do it!! Beautiful creek runs through the property! Huge parking, up to two 20ft trailers no problem,so no need to trailer bikes anywhere. 2 miles from Royal Blue and Sunquest riding. 2 miles from DTF Power sports, . Massive 6 person HOT TUB!! Great for relaxing after riding all day!!

Cabin 1/2mi to Trail in Pioneer-Royal Blue-Tackett

Orchard Mountain View Cabins is a 1135 sq ft beautiful, quiet, & peaceful cabin on top of the Cumberland Mountains with amazing mountain top views, Hot tub, & more. ATV/OHV direct trail access less than 1/2 mile from the drive to 1000s of acres. 30-40 mins you will find hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, & horseback riding. Check out Cove Lake, Norris Lake, & Big South Fork National River & Recreational Area. TN Big Orange fans come & relax after the big game.

Norma’s Overlook ATV authorized route

Norma’s Overlook Centrally-located between Brimstone, TWRA & Royal Blue, Norma’s Overlook is located on an ATV authorized route so there’s no need to trailer your ATV. The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. Windrock Carryville flats is 16 miles via TWRA trails. El Rey Azteca Mexican restaurant in Pioneer is 15 miles via trails & ATV authorized route.

Rider's Lodge: A SXS Retreat

An ATV riders paradise!! This is a 7 bed, 5 1/2 bath built for riders to enjoy and can sleep up to 20 people comfortably. With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There are plenty of places to park all of the trucks and trailers and this property features a turnaround for your convenience. Table shuffle board, dart board, horse shoes, and fire pit are just some of the many features for your stay while not riding.

Elk Ridge Sunset Retreat

There's access to miles and miles of Trails. No trailering required. Private pond. Awesome views. Plenty of parking. Can ride to a gas station and take trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 mins. We are located in the royal blue unit. Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.

Happy Horse Hotel [ATV Trails, Fenced in yard!]

The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!

Misty Ridge - Ridge Road Scenic Cabins

Welcome to Misty Ridge! Nature lovers will fall in love with this picturesque cabin and the beauty that surrounds. Located just a short ATV ride from Brimestone Recreation, this two bedroom two bath new construction has everthing that you will need for an outdoors adventure. Once you park and unload you won’t ever want to leave. This Northeast TN area is a hidden gem with some of the best hiking in Tennessee!

Cabin in LaFollette

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway! Just 2 miles from Cedar Creek Bridge (the famous jumping bridge) and 3.5 miles from Sugar Hollow Marina, it's perfect for lake lovers. Plus, you can ride your ATV straight to Sunquist trailhead from the property. With plenty of trailer parking for boats or ATVs, this home is the ideal base for outdoor adventures at Norris Lake!
