Cozy and Bright North Boulder studio

This private guest suite in North Boulder is a bright & cozy space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance, easy parking, a partial kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, a grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Kid friendly! We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

This is a private quiet downstairs suite. The suite includes a bedroom with a full size bed, a fully remodeled private bathroom with shower/ tub, a living area with a large flat screen TV with Netflix, a kitchenette, laundry, access to a back deck, yard, and a sky chair for relaxing.
