Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Located behind a home in the historic Dunean neighborhood of Greenville. Less than a 10 minute drive downtown with grocery stores, public transit and restaurants an easy walk from your front door. Dogs are welcome @ $15/pet/night.

On our property, you will find a working greenhouse with exterior raised beds, chickens housed in our chicken coop and honeybees in their hive. We love hospitality. We have welcomed friends to stay in our guest apartment and now desire to venture out and welcome others.
