Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Barbora’s apartment. It’s easy to find (approx 25 mins walk from Desenzana del Garda train station), really well-located with Rivoltella centre 5 mins walk away, Desenzana about 20 mins stroll along the lake, from where you can easily catch a ferry across to beautiful Sirmione and other lakeside destinations. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, peaceful and well-equipped. We are a family of 5 and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. There’s a Penny supermarket a few minutes walk away, a really lovely Sicilian bakery just along the road too, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed a pizzeria called Rusticone, which was around 10 mins walk away in Rivoltella. Best pizza we had in Italy 😋 Finally, Barbora is lovely, helpful and always responsive to messages. We would highly recommend staying at her apartment and hope to be back some day.

Alloggio molto pulito, ci siamo trovati benissimo....peccato per il tempo che non ci ha fatto godere a pieno del bel terrazzino della casa!!! Silvia e' molto attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti e ti consiglia su posti e cosa da fare in zona. Grazie !

Tutto perfetto non potevamo chiedere di più. L’appuntamento molto bello e pulito e poi è 2 minuti di strada dal lago e non mi posso lamentare di ciò. Grazie mille per la bella esperienza! Sono soddisfatta!

Ivano ist ein Top Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war Tip Top und in super Lage. Man ist schnell am See und hat viele Möglichkeiten, in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen. Alles, was man braucht ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es gibt eine kostenlosen Parkplatz gleich ums Eck. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Wonderful stay in Milano! Our host went above and beyond to help us get settled and provided lots of advice about the area and specific activities for our interests. The flat is private, very clean a d an easy walk to many of Milan’s top attractions, including the duomo. The bedrooms have blackout shades, which helped us sleep and feel rested after our long travel. The kitchen is well stocked and our host filled the fridge with food and water as well as snacks, tea, coffee, etc. All the supplies we needed to cook were available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Je recommande à 100% ce logement proposé par Flora ! Il correspond parfaitement à la description, super bien rangé et comporte de nombreux équipements. Flora nous a réservé un très bel accueil, et nous a donné des instructions claires et plusieurs suggestions d’activités sur Milan. Le logement est également situé non loin des transports et du quartier des Navigli, ce qui est chouette pour sortir le soir ;) Je recommande et je reviendrais avec plaisir !

Byt vypadal jako na fotkach, byl uklizeny a v docela poklidne lokalite. Nadia je velmi mila, dokonce nam nabidla odvoz z Milana a pozdejsi check out, je opravdu uzasna! Dekujeme!

The Airbnb was great, it was very clean had a lot of space and in a great location felt safe walking around at night. Close to the metro and walkable to a lot of places. The one nitpicky think I’ll say which is probably more on me is it was tough to figure out the lock on the door, it took me a while to figure out how to open the door but after you figure that out it really is a great Airbnb

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

Merci à Antonella pour son accueil, le logement était parfait. Conforme à la description, propre, calme et très bien situé.

Nous avons profité de l'appartement d'Edoardo le temps d'un long week-end. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Navigli, quartier très vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit le soir mais, en tant que citadin, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition pas Edoardo au cas où. Un parking payant (5€ de l'heure et 40€ la journée)et très "safe" permet de stationner son véhicule à proximité de l'appartement (3 minutes à pied). Le centre ville est accessible à pied ou en tram ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement d'Edoardo est très confortable, il correspond bien aux photos et un petit ascenseur permet d'accéder facilement au quatrième étage avec les bagages. Edoardo est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Je vous recommande sans hésiter son appartement pour votre séjour à Milan.

Carlo was absolutely amazing! The apartment was immaculate, centrally located, and secure. It is less than 10 minutes from the train station and roughly 15 minutes from the Duomo. Carlo was informative, professional , and gave great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect, right next to Parco Sempione, and a 30 minute leisurely walk to the Duomo. The apartment was also well serviced by public transport, both the trams and metro. Anto and Paolo were very considerate and attentive hosts. I would stay here again on my return to Milan.

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Tutto pulito, curato. Riccardo e Roberta sono deliziosi, sempre a disposizione e cuochi sopraffini. Consiglio a tutti di scoprire Casa Percivalle. Paola

This place deserves a 6/5 everything was impeccable. Fabrizio and Frederico were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. The views over the rolling hills were lovely and surprised me as I didn't know this part of Italy was so beautiful. Fabrizio went out of his way to help us make a restaurant booking and we were given the best table and treated like kings.

Ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci molti giorni in più presso l'appartamento dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo. In cucina come in bagno non mancava nulla. Splendido anche il patio dove si può mangiare all' aperto rimanendo comunque riparati. Molto comodo anche il garage con la possibilità di arrivare direttamente nell' appartamento. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il parcheggio per la Rocca o il porto.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub bei Carla! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, gutes WLAN, schöne Einreichung und gemütliche Betten. Sie hat uns am Anreise Tag sehr nett empfangen und gab uns einen kleinen Rundgang durchs Haus. Ebenso Empfehlungen für nette Spots in der Umgebung, wie Bäckereien und co. Der Check-Out war unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in unserem Appartement, es war sauber, ruhig gelegen und gemütlich und wir wurden sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

très bon logement, Roberto est très réactif et nous a permis de venir plus tôt. l'escalier pour monter aux chambres est un peu raide avec une grosse valise mais rien d'impossible l'appartement est très bien situé, et avec les vélos qu'ils nous prêtent c'est encore plus simple se déplacer. la résidence est très agréable, calme et le coin piscine est reposant je recommence largement le logement de Roberto et nous reviendrons certainement

Die Lage ist, wie andere schon beschrieben haben nicht die ruhigste aber man ist für sich. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, Videoüberwacht und abgeschlossen. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend groß. An der Ausstattung der Küche könnte man etwas investieren. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Weg zum Gardasee ist überschaubar und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen. Die beiden sind auch unglaublich gastfreundlich. Gefallen hat uns auch, das wir zusammen auf dem Privatgrundstück gewohnt haben. So war jemand direkt zur Hand wenn etwas war ( was bei uns nicht der Fall war ) aber gut zu wissen das jemand da ist.
