Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

Great space in a convenient location.

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

One of my favorite airbnbs of all time! The space was so clean, with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light - it looked exactly like the photos. We stayed here as a family of four - with our kids (ages 2 and 6) and they had the best time in the cowboy pool at back. It felt like our very own oasis. Isabelle and Matt were great hosts - super communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this wonderful spot in East Austin!

Lovely home, very quiet, very pretty sight lines, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, whole house is very livable, porches wonderfully quiet with sound of the creek below, we stayed for three weeks and everything we needed was there. Excellent climate control. Easy to andjust Easy parking in driveway and on street for visitors. Cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Extremely convenient to city, shopping, park and water. Easy short walk to park and water and trails, oh the trails are wonderful. Thank you Scott and Sally!

Great place for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Close to 6th Street. We had a great time!

Matt was terrific to deal with - such quick responses. We were so appreciative to be able to bring our 3 small dogs. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There were parts of the house in need of updating but we loved the location and had a great weekend.

There were 14 of us for my daughter’s bachelorette and the house could not have been more perfect. Having the pool house area which 4 of us stayed made it super comfortable and great when the crew wanted to stay up late. Lori was there to greet us upon arrival and could not have been any sweeter. The house had everything and a few extra touches -including setting up our decor we picked of balloons and streamers. It is so clean , inviting and fun! The two best spots for the pics were the beautiful swing on the back porch and the floral wall!! The house was so private in the back yard which made us feel like we were in our own little paradise. The beds are extremely comfortable, the house is top notch with everything you would need! We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen island was so perfect to gather around to have our catered food set up for one night. Convenient location to all our activities and fun events! A memorable weekend full of love.

Nice modern apartment with beautiful rooftop pool in a great location. Host leaves thoughtful amenities in the apartment.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our three nights in Austin. The unit was clean, well-equipped and accurate to the listing description and photos. The Natiivo is a great complex on the edge of downtown and has a rooftop pool and gym. There are a lot of very walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Rainey is a cool area. We did a great whiskey tasting class at Standard Proof around the corner, walked to Rainey at night for drinks and music, and loved the restaurant Emmer & Rye one block away. The entire city is rather walkable, but there is an electric bike rental right around the corner which I definitely recommend, and the walking path that goes around Ladybird lake is just one block south. We were super comfortable in this beautiful space that was equipped with everything we needed. There’s a full service bar/coffee shop in the lobby which was a nice convenience, and the pool area was a plus. Jason was responsive any time we had a question. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. People are intimidated by rules but they’re really just ensuring that the space isn’t destroyed by out of hand parties/drunken nights, and I appreciate that! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

My husband and I loved this place, the bed was comfy, it was spacious, clean and the decor was beautiful, the view was amazing especially at night. We were just a walk away from the all the fun bars , night life and food, the vibe was more than just right!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
