Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

Enjoy a private separate entrance with a walk-out basement, keyless entry, and dedicated driveway parking. This custom home has a welcoming space with a brand new full-size modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. This guest suite is equipped with a separate furnace, AC unit and thermostat as well as a water heater and water softener.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.
