Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con cargador para vehículos eléctricos en Pescara

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per la posizione vicina ai nostri parenti e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, non solo perché abbiamo potuto spostarci quasi sempre a piedi, ma anche perché l'appartamento è veramente molto bello e comodo. Anche l'accoglienza di Danilo ci ha favorevolmente colpito, per la chiarezza e la cordialità della comunicazione e la capacità di risolvere i problemi. La sera in cui siamo arrivati c'è stato un intoppo perché la serratura della porta di ingresso si è rotta, ma Danilo ha gestito la cosa così prontamente e bene che non ci siamo per niente stressati. Vantaggi della zona Colli: la piazzetta intorno alla chiesa della Madonna dei Sette Dolori ospita delle vere "perle" in termini di ristorazione tipica e c'è persino una gelateria buonissima dove la gente viene da tutta Pescara. Voglia di una passeggiata in centro? In cinque minuti si arriva al parcheggio centrale "Area Risulta" dove si può lasciare la macchina e avventurarsi per l'ampia zona pedonale.

È sempre un piacere tornare in Abruzzo! Siamo stati in 4 a soggiornare nella casa di Valentina per 5 giorni. La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario per passare un piacevole soggiorno senza pensieri. Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla. La casa si trova in un posto tranquillo lontano dal traffico e soltanto 10 minuti dal mare. Perfetta per una vacanza in pieno relax. Valentina e i suoi genitori, che ci hanno accolti, sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi! Nulla da ridire. Grazie infinite per l'ospitalità.

Domenico è stato un host che non si trovano spesso sulla piattaforma. È stato gentilissimo sin dal primo momento venendoci incontro rispetto a qualsiasi nostro dubbio. La casa neanche a dirlo, è splendida e relativamente nuova. Gli spazi sono ampi e la posizione è ottima

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Francesca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken viele Lebensmittel waren, die man eben so braucht. Auch die Einrichtung war so, dass man denkt: da hat jemand richtig gut nachgedacht, was der Gast so braucht! Einfach toll. Und dann bekommen wir noch Feigen, Pfirsiche und Tomaten frisch geerntet. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geeignet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Die Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden, sind vielfältig und wer gerne wandert: hier bist du richtig! In dem kleinen Ort Pacentro oberhalb gibt es richtig gute Restaurants, auch in Sulmona selbstverständlich. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Anche se, per problemi comunali legati all'acqua, non siamo potuti andare in questa casa, Renato ci ha subito fornito una struttura a Torre de' Passeri perfettamente succedanea, senza chiedere sovrapprezzi, nonostante fosse notevolmente più amplia, e con eguali comfort, aria condizionata, parcheggio privato, due camere doppio, amplio salone, cucina attrezzata, due bagni. Ottima esperienza, sia dal punto di vista delle strutture che della reattività dell'host.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento per soli tre giorni (purtroppo), ma ci saremmo fermati ben più a lungo. Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, perfetto per una coppia e con parcheggio riservato antistante casa. Situato in un borgo medioevale molto carino e in una posizione ottimale per visitare la costa dei trabocchi. Abbiamo sentito fin da subito un’accoglienza molto calorosa: Ludovica è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato delle indicazioni su cosa vedere e cosa fare, gentilissima anche la mamma che ci ha donato dei dolcetti e una composta fatti in casa da lei. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Wir wurden von dem Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich in dem kleinen Ort Villa Rossi wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Auch die Nachbarn in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man sich beispielsweise ausgesperrt hat. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen auf das Campo Imperatore und die großen Berge in der Umgebung. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um ein paar Tage zu bleiben.

Kleine komfortable Wohnung direkt am Strand. Für drei bis vier Personen ist sie sehr bequem. Restaurants in der Nähe, nächster Laden 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Während wir in der Wohnung wohnten, kam fast jeden Tag ein Lastwagen zum Haus und verkaufte Obst, Gemüse und Wassermelonen. Der Hauptvorteil dieser Wohnung ist natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Wir sind mehrmals am Tag im Meer schwimmen gegangen. Ich ging schwimmen, ging schwimmen, kam zurück in die Wohnung, duschte, kühlte mich unter der Klimaanlage ab und ging wieder schwimmen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kostenlosen Strand und mehrere kostenpflichtige Strände mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.

The apt was in a great location. Spacious and clean. The host was accommodating and responsive. Fully recommend it.

This is by far one of the best stays I’ve had in Europe as I traveled through many countries. The gated parking, electronic locks, and calm surroundings made it feel right at home. The interior was extremely clean and new, the bedding was comfortable, the host was charming, the breakfast was delicious, and I felt wonderful after this stay. I will be back!

This place worked out so well for us and our twin toddlers. There was a big bin of toys to keep them busy and space for them to play. The kitchen was well above average for the pans, cooking utensils, and other basics. Cecilia even provided 2 cribs for the toddlers. Off street parking was a great perk. There were restaurants, coffee shops, small markets, and the beach within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was just a fantastic place for us to feel at home and be comfortable for 5 days. Highly recommend the place and Cecilia as a host.
