We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

The place is a lovely place to be with family

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

We had such a peaceful and memorable stay at this home! The property is surrounded by beautiful farm animals that made the whole experience feel like a cozy countryside retreat. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and well-stocked—perfect for cooking meals together. We also loved all the thoughtful features throughout the house, especially the recessed lighting with dimming options and the ceiling Bluetooth speakers. Those little touches made it feel extra special. That said, the home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it—especially if you love animals, cooking, and a peaceful escape from the noise.

The instructions on getting to the house were helpful. We arrived at night so it was a little spooky for me, but once morning time came I could see how beautiful the area was and i loved how private it was. We only stayed for the night to sleep pretty much so we didnt get to use much of the house, but we loved what we did use/see. I would definitely stay here again. The nearby town was quaint. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

This was a nice place to stay on a girls’ weekend to the Nashville area. Close enough to everything we wanted to go to, but not right in the city, so it was quiet. Walking distance to the quaint downtown where there is a darling coffee shop. There’s an Italian restaurant, but we didn’t eat there as it was a 90 minute wait - must be good! Enjoyed the large deck. Accommodations were clean and we appreciated the carport to protect our car during some awful weather moving through. I’d absolutely stay again. Things to note: The 3rd bed is upstairs-stairs are very steep & high, and it’s an attic space with a sloped ceiling. It’s a fine room, just be mindful. The walk-in shower is very small. Like the size of your body. There’s nowhere to put shampoo, soap, etc. and you cannot escape the shower head so your soap/shampoo are basically washed off immediately. It works, just no frills. The other bathroom shower is normal. Dining table only has 4 chairs. Awkward with 5 people.

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

Gretchen’s place was great. Very private and quiet. Exactly as described.

It was a beautiful cabin and super cozy. This is a great place to get fresh air, relax in the jacuzzi and get away from the city life. I only put 4 stars for the location due to the tornado that hit and we were not able to get to the cabin for about an hour! Thankfully the wonderful residents of Tennessee have big trucks and chain saws and helped remove the debris off the road. Thanks for hosting!

The cabin was perfect. It was as described in the photos. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but just a short drive away from everything. Absolutely loved our stay there and seeing the beautiful wildlife daily.

Tobi was such a great host! We had my Best friends Bachelorette party at Tobi’s house. She was an amazing host and was very accommodating. She even had extra decorations that she was willing to let us use! It was a bad storm that night and she texted to check on us. All around wonderful host and the place is beautiful!!!

cabin was somehow even more beautiful than the pictures. porch was a great place to sit and watch the wildlife.

Fantastic weekend spent with family. Property was even better in person, what a beautiful place to relax!.

From the sunrise on the mountain top to the comfortable mattresses at the end of the day, Ben’s place is magical. We didn’t want to leave. So close to Nashville for a day or night out, and a yet a little piece of heaven if you would like a day on the porch to read and relax. Home is well furnished for adults and children. Close to shopping to pick up provisions before heading up the mountain to the house. Ben is a gracious host, and we hope to return for many years to come.

Came in town for a wedding and booked specifically for proximity to the venue. Hosts were excellent at communicating and instructions were clear. Cabin was nicely suited for our needs. It’s located right next to Arrington Vinyard, which had music and was very lively during the day while we were there. It was just a short walk across the street and worth checking out. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Overall, a very beautiful area and worth the trip!

Everything was spectacular! The cabin is immaculate, clean, beautiful, all of the positive descriptors. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. My son got sick before the beginning of our trip, and they prayed for him and kept communicating with us through the entire process. It was great! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area for softball, or even just a vacation. Everything was perfect, and anyone would be lucky to stay in this beautiful cabin with the best hosts. Thank you for having us!

My partner and I had an amazing weekend get away here at the Cozy Cabin. It is a beautiful, relaxing, and very peaceful place to stay. I’m so glad that we chose the Cozy Cabin, we will definitely be returning for another stay! If you stay here and are looking for a good place to eat, then go check out The Grill on the Hill, they have great food and they’re only 10mins away! Overall we loved the place, and the internet is amazing, we were able to game on a PS5 and PC at the same time! I highly recommend staying here! Jeff and his wife are also very friendly and helpful people, they respond very quickly to any and all questions I asked!
