For ski lovers, the Kronplatz ski area is only 700 metres away. Percha is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or to the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park with its high peaks, alpine inns and unspoilt nature.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
