Great price and everything was very well taken care of. Felt comfortable with my entire family. The only suggestion I would have is that there were several windows without curtains. I came with my wife and two daughters and none of them were comfortable with uncovered windows in the bathrooms or by the laundry, even if it was just a little. I had to find something to cover up the windows. Once I did that we were good to go. Great place! Excellent price! Will return.

Absolutely loved the accommodations. Very relaxing and the hosts were responsive, accomdated an earlier checkin time due to travel times/flights. The home was beautifuly decorated and felt like home away from home. Squeaky clean. From the porch to the backyard was well designed and put together. I would definitely stay again, if traveling to pensacola area.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We had such a wonderful stay for our family trip including three adults and two pups! The location is perfect for people who want to explore in Pensacola as well as venture towards perdido key. It is located about 25 minutes from the dog beaches of Pensacola. The biggest perk was the outdoor shower! It made washing off our pups extremely easy. There are plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within a 5-10 minute drive. The host is very kind and quick to respond. She even set up a dog kennel for our big pup so we didn’t have to pack ours. We will for sure return for future vacations!

This was my second time visiting, and as soon as I'm done writing this I'm booking my next visit! My pups and I have the best time here. Ken always responds immediately, and is so nice. Sandals and Friends is one of the most dog friendly places we've stayed, which is so important to me. The location is super convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe. Truly can't wait to go back.

The home was cozy. Had all of the amenities that were stated. Super awesome that the host is dog friendly and had a fenced in yard. Easy drive to the beach also and was only 20 minutes away without traffic. Alot of food and shopping close to the house also. Host was super friendly and helpful and offered us coupons to nearby restaurants! The only thing I could maybe complain about is the internet is a little slow there, and the neighbor dogs out back didn't seem to be the friendliest (not by any means our hosts fault, just something someone with kids or dogs needs to be aware of!). also your bathroom looks better now than in the pictures with the pretty wallpaper!!

We enjoyed our stay! The place is great for a family and lots to do near by. Walkable to downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We had our yearly family vacation here. The house was perfect for the three families to stretch out and the pups loved the outdoor fenced area. The pool was a hit for everyone. We arrived to several baskets of snacks and multiple boxes of sodas- very thoughtful and much appreciated. If I had any questions, Natalie was quick to respond. We totally enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. ❤️

This was a great find, we knew this was the place for us as soon as we saw the listing. House was clean and spacious, back yard, grill, lounge and pool area are amazing. Privacy fence around the yard was a great feature. Plenty of amenities included that weren’t even in the listing, which was unexpected, yet nice. Plenty to do around town, which is just a short drive. We went to the beach (obviously) the Naval Aviation Museum, Fort Pickens, Gulf Breeze Zoo and just a mere 10 minutes away is a shopping mall which we stopped at. Great town, not super touristy. Hosts were super responsive with the only small issue we had and resolved it surprisingly fast. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great time during our stay at Rics place! Beautiful, clean home, great location on a peaceful street with friendly neighbors. Everything was exactly as photographed. Quick responses to messages and clear instructions for check in and check out. Gave great recommendations for local food. Would choose to stay here again next time we visit!

My family and I loved our stay. The house is spacious and beautiful as well as only minutes to local restaurants and the beach. The backyard pool was a hit with the whole family. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable for us and our fur babies. I will definitely be booking this home again next summer.

This has been the best experience on Airbnb. Demetrio was such a good host. I asked for a new pool skimmer and some more laundry detergent and they had it delivered so quickly to the Airbnb. The place was in a great location. Very clean! The outdoor area is amazing!! Will definitely planned another stay!

Cola Cabana was in a residential neighborhood, but we had so much privacy in the backyard pool area--it felt like a tropical paradise! We could bike to two neighborhood parks and restaurants and shops were close to drive to. The pool was so refreshing after sightseeing downtown and at the Gulf National Seashore. I highly recommend this home for families with children--toys, games, pool and beach stuff we're provided. The home was very spacious and comfortable for our 4 adults and one child.

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

Amy's Place proved to be an ideal destination for the final stages of our vacation, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The residence provided ample space for my family's needs. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our queries. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with essentials for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the accommodations were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to return on our next visit to Pensacola. Beyond expectations! This tranquil beach house is nestled in the perfect location for peaceful vacationing while being close to everything you would want to do in the Gulf Shores area. When you first walk in, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. She is very proactive with our reservations and letting us know that the place was ready for us as soon as it was available. She communicated to us as soon as the front door keypad was running low on batteries and offered to get it taken care of within 30 minutes. Wonderful place and an excellent host! Our second time and it will definitely be our go to stay!

This place is a home away from home. Have everything you could need and more. Rondi, the host, is amazing. Very responsive and full of advices and recommendations. I stayed for 1.5months until I bought my own place and the transition felt so much easier on me thanks to this great place and the amenities that have. I did not even had to open many of my boxes because it literally has everything. Can’t say enough amazing things about Rondi. I would recommend this place in a heart beat to anyone looking for a good quality/price place, in a central location, with a host that will reply to your messages very quick and it’s very accurate. I had a blast and I enjoyed calling this place my home for the time I stayed there. Highly recommended. 5 stars are not enough
