The apartment is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The views of the forest was very refreshing. Loved the natural and cross ventilation. Most of the times we just had the windows open and didn't have to use the AC even in this peak summer. The stay felt very comfortable just like home with all the necessary things available. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could easily cook our little meals. The way you have done up the apartment is beautiful. We especially loved the bar set-up, very good! The society is very warm and friendly. There is peaceful silence and the pool is amazing. Also appreciate your prompt response and daily check on how we are doing. I have no complaints but only would want to suggest a few things to make your place even better : 1. Arrange for exhaust in the kitchen and toilets. 2. Fan regulator works on only highest speed. Can check on that. 3. The toilet is very spacious, you can add a glass partition for the shower will help keep the other area dry.

The place is very good. Walking distance to the beach and yet away from the crowds. The place was very functional for a family with a kiddo. Clean pool and amazing hosts added to the experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Flat is in good condition and clean. Parking is available inside the society.Good for a group of 4. They provided all toiletries and a first aid kit (It was very thoughtful :-) ). There were no problems with check in and check out, we checked in little early and checked out around 2 pm.

This was a cosy home, we felt very comfortable here and it was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

Wonderful stay! Dubinsky and his team were great hosts—always responsive and friendly. The place is private, quiet, and secure. Everything in the apartment is designed to ensure comfort for both short and long stays. The cleaning was excellent as well. Colva Beach is within walking distance (about 5 minutes). Many restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, as well as grocery stores and fruit shops, are located nearby. We would be glad to stay here again if we get the chance!

I found the stay to be exactly as per the listing. It’s a 5 min walk away from the beach, surrounded by many pubs, restaurants and convenience stores. The host is super proactive and is always there to help you out. The perfect budget stay near Colva!

Let’s be honest—every flat has some minor problems, but the key is how quickly and efficiently they are resolved, and this place excels in that regard. The location is another major highlight! It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. Highlights: 1. Warm lights in the living room and bedrooms look superb! 2. Beds were super comfy. 3. Hardly a 6 minute walk from the beach. 4. The balcony looks super cute and cozy. All in all, it is a perfect stay for a family or a group of 3/4 people.

We had an amazing time at Dominic's Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Shankar and Dominic were supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend it!
