Perfect location, spacious,clean. Laundry was an added bonus. Evan’s fish and chips across the street was great. Just be aware of stairs to enter, not an issue for us. Well stocked, coffee etc

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

I had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described and looked just like the photos — even better in person. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect for our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!. The quality of the property itself was immaculate. This rental is right next to multiple fantastic restaurants. There is a ton of walkable stuff to do.

This home is such a gem! Just under an hour to the south entrance of Grand Canyon NP and 3 minutes from “Main Street” on Route 66. The home was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub and fire pits an awesome bonus…all around great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The house is easy to find and in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. You can hear the trains nearby at night but it’s not disruptive. The location is convenient and walkable to downtown Flagstaff. My son loved the park two blocks away. All the amenities were helpful, especially the kitchen gadgets and washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The primary shower was awesome. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Flagstaff.

Went out there with family everyone loved it felt like home! Definitely one for the books !

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect location for all our needs. We were able to bring our dog. We also wanted to visit the Grand Canyon by train and the train station and doggie day care were only minutes away. We also drove to the canyon and it was an easy one hour drive to the canyon so we could get there before the lines were too long. Mary is a great host and the house had everything we needed to cook our own meals while staying there. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone who wants to visit the Grand Canyon area.

Malia’s place was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It was just as described we were very pleased. The hot tub was pre-set and ready for us when we got there. The beds were comfortable; some softer/plush options and some firmer options. What stood out the most was the very friendly and supportive communication and consideration for us as we experienced a winter storm at the beginning of our stay. Klaudia communicated with us to give us useful resources and checked in to make sure we were safe (very nice since we aren’t locals).

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay! The location was perfect for us to have peaceful, amazing views away from downtown. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard patio and grilling area was an added bonus. We had no issues but if we did, I feel like Gary would have taken care of it right away.

This was such a beautiful home and we felt so welcomed. The history to the home was also nice to hear about in the scrapbook.Great amount of parking, peaceful setting, store near us for any last minute purchase. Loved this place and so did my family. Hope to see it again.

Beautiful location, excellent place to stay! We cooked all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, BEST I’ve experienced in all my ABNBs. Even a good outdoor grill on the deck (with grill tools). The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The common area was peaceful with super comfy recliner chair, and the balcony provided such a lovely sunrise view. The unit was overly-supplied with throw pillows and decorative towels and kitschy plaques, but otherwise PERFECT. Highly recommend.

Used Jon’s place as a home base for day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona and ended up being perfect! Also had time to explore downtown Flagstaff, easily walkable, lots to do/eat/drink, and TONS of gluten free options everywhere we went! Would definitely recommend staying!

We stayed in Flagstaff as our Arizona base on a multi-state vacation with us and our two young children. We loved the ability to walk downtown and enjoy restaurants and the kids’ “noon years Eve event”. The location was safe, quiet, and so close to everything. Loved the dedicated parking and washer & dryer for laundry. The weather was pretty mild during our stay so I even got to enjoy some quiet time on the private back deck while the kids napped. Perfect for our trip and will stay here again if we come back to Arizona!

I loved staying here, the place is very peaceful, it looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, it felt like I’m right at home. It also is close to a lot of good shopping and wellness places, as well as an amazing hiking trail. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Guy and Kathy's condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice 2 night stay in April 2025. The "home" was as described; comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed for our visit. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outside patio as much as we wanted but that's because we were so busy -it's definitely a bonus if your time and the weather allows. The complex itself is very quiet and the ability to park literally a few feet from the front door was greatly appreciated. There are quite a few eating and shopping options within a 5 minute drive and the historic downtown shopping area is literally about 10 minutes from the front door. You are also fairly close to any number of outdoor activities that the (greater) Flagstaff area has to offer - we enjoyed exploring and hiking the Sunset Crater Volcano National park which is a very short drive from Alex's unit and there are many other such outdoor activities close by. Really enjoyable stay and highly recommened.

Great place to stay. Super convenient and within close proximity to many places to eat. Very quiet environment. Will definitely stay here again.
