We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our stay with Sir Vic’s house was great. Quiet and clean house. We were able to do our work because the internet was fast. Sir Vic is a great host. Very accommodating, responsive and kind. We will visit again for sure!

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Appreciate the host's quick response and clear instructions. The unit is located inside a gated subdivision so guests have privacy and security. This is my second time booking the place!

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here— it felt very homey and comfortable. The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk to all the places I needed to go in BGC. Ms. Danielle was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything so much easier whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. Booked this unit at Balmoral Place for a convention in SMX, 10-min walk with the option to pass through MAAX bridgeways to get out of the sun. 7-11 right next door. Flexible and easy check in. Great water pressure, heater, bidet, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, indoor slippers, bottle water, coffee sachets, closet with hangers and iron, dryer and quick internet connection. Will definitely book here again and try the pool next time.

Thank you, hosts, for making our stay worthwhile. As first-timers, we didn’t have a hard time with the process since everything had clear instructions and reminders. The unit itself is clean and has so much to offer—Netflix, games, karaoke, a guest kit, kitchen essentials, and complimentary food and drinks. Plus, it's a pet-friendly stay too! ♥️🐶 I’ll definitely come back and bring my dog next time! 🥰

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

SIncerely the best airbnb that ive stayed in south east asia. Cero cokoroaches, very clean, modern, great spacious rooms, owner very accomodating, The locations is just perfect. Looking forward a long stay there. I loved it.

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Had a perfect weekend at Kirei House — a relaxing haven right in the heart of the city. I loved the aesthetic and thoughtful design. Check-in was seamless, and the place had everything we needed — from toothbrushes and slippers to a hairdryer and even a steam iron. Siri and Toti are fantastic hosts — super responsive and know the good restaurants and cafes nearby if you're not sure where to go. Staying in was hard to resist tho, so we decided to cook on our 2nd day instead of eating out. To our surprise, the kitchen had everything we needed too. We didn’t get a chance to use the building amenities, but the pool looked great, and there was a parking space available as well. I guess the only downside is that I don’t actually live here lol. Will definitely book again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you, Kirei House!

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!

We had a great experience staying here. One of the best parts was the super flexible check-in! Lovely was very accommodating and quick to communicate, which I really appreciated. The place itself was clean, cozy, and just as described. I would absolutely stay here again ☺️
