The Canyon Home Mountain Views, King size bed

Near the mouth of Blacksmith Fork Canyon, this beautiful custom 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect family getaway with stunning mountain views and only an hour from Bear Lake. We do charge $10 nightly per person after 8. We sleep up to 12. We have cushy couches and 3 queen air mattresses. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd level with a half bath on the main level. We’ve got a 3 car wide driveway for parking. This home is located in a cul-da-sac in a family neighborhood.

Nearly Paradise 2 story cabin with deck and pond

Wonderful cabin located in Paradise, Utah. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.

Enjoy movies on a 65" screen with surround sound. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pancake mix for breakfast. Paper products provided; only sink is in the bathroom. Shared gym available. 2 bedrooms: king room and bunk room with twin, full, and trundle. 1 bathroom. Access is around back and down about 20 stairs. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

Hilltop Retreat

Relax in this fabulous guesthouse with mountain and sunset views, 1600 sq ft., 18 ft. vaulted ceilings, and loads of natural light. The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private patio, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a piano. Outside you're welcome to use the swing set, picnic table, play fort, BBQ grill and basketball hoop. Minutes from Hyrum Reservoir and Blacksmith Fork Canyon. Includes an air mattress, a child's Pack 'n Play bed, and bedding for extra guests.

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.

You'll have the entire house and fenced private backyard for your enjoyment. Comfortable 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath sleeps 6 comfortabley and 8 if you roll the trundle beds out.
