Het appartement was zeer schoon. De keuken was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook zag alles er in keuken zeer schoon en netjes uit. Dat geld ook voor de badkamers. Zelfs nog met allerlei extraatjes zoals, tandenborstels, shampoo,bodylotion zelfs scheerschuim. Echt top!

It was a pleasant stay! It was the perfect place to relax after a long eventful day! The host was very quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed.

Very clean condo. Francis and Brad were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only thing we needed was for the water filter to be replaced on the refrigerator, and Brad was there within the hour to replace it.

I’m not sure which was better: The hosts Traci & Doug, or the property itself. Nestled perfectly away from the hustle & bustle of the main roads, it was such a cute and cozy condo with such a great theme. Perfectly as described! VERY VERY clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Secondly, the hosts Doug & Traci are A++++. Doug gave us a great walkthrough, guided us in from the entrance gate and even offered a tour of the grounds (we had a very busy weekend and couldn’t take advantage) but, I’ve never felt more welcomed by a host than I do with Traci & Doug. They go above & beyond and I can’t wait to book with them again!

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

Cozy, comfortable, quiet getaway. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just a short drive to Honeymoon Beach and Caladesi Island. Perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing, peaceful beach vacation.

Nahums place was very nice! We loved how close the pool was to the condo, and has all of the beach items you’ll need. We also left a few things for the next guest. He allowed us to have a late check out which was very helpful due to us having a late flight home. It was just enough outside of the bigger cities which we really enjoyed since we had to be in Tampa for our daughter’s cheer.

Mr. Millers is very friendly and kind. He is willing to answer any questions and help you to the best of his ability.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

Great hosts. Always avaliable for questions. Nice quite and clean. Nice area to walk around in the community. But read all about staying there. This is a clothing optional community. So you may or will run into nude guests or residents. Would definitely stay again.

Loved Nicole's Parisan Pad! Everything was meticulously thought out. A lot of care went into decorating this place with all the touches of Paris both obvious and subtle. In addition, the printed guide with instructions, recommendations and more was such a helpful and considerate thing to have for guests. Safety Harbor is a great town and we will def stay here again as we come to FL often to visit family! I wish we had brought our dog along because he would have thoroughly enjoyed the dog amenities!

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

This perfectly peaceful unit was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with lots of room to spare. Patti’s unit covered all the bases. We enjoyed the well manicured surroundings.

Kristen’s accommodation was excellent, both in curation and appointment. This was undoubtedly the very best ABNB we have stayed in over the years. Kristen is far and away the best host we have ever encountered.

This was my second time staying with Schaff Properties, and I truly love the hotel it’s located in. It’s just a few minutes from the airport, with a gated check-in that adds a sense of security. The unit overlooks a pool, gym, and the bay, and there’s even a little restaurant. My favorite part is enjoying my mornings people-watching and spotting dolphins in the bay, such a peaceful way to start the day. The host is consistently friendly and responsive, even during late hours, which I really appreciate. My only real complaint is the additional $10 per day charge for a third guest. It was just me, my partner, and a child, so that felt a bit unnecessary. Also, the price has gone up by about $400 since my last visit in 2021, and unfortunately, a few amenities (like the pier and lounge area) were damaged by a recent hurricane and are no longer available. Still, it’s a solid Airbnb overall and that balcony view gets me every time.

Amazing location…..great place to stay in between all beaches and easy to navigate from place to place. Bamboo bay the restaurant located on premises had everything we needed. Great staff friendly and accommodating!! What a relaxing trip!!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

The place is comfortable easy to get around and close to the airport. The pool and rec facilities are great.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! The location is beautiful, the room is on the ground floor and steps away from the pool. The pictures match exactly what it looks like inside and out. The place was full of everything you could need! Extra towels, beach towels, and beach/pool necessities were provided! It felt right at home and I recommend this Airbnb to anyone that is interested in visiting Clearwater! Margaret is an amazing host and gives clear and concise instructions before your stay so you know exactly what to do upon arrival/once your stay comes to an end.

I travel to Tampa regularly for work and frequently stay at Sailport. This unit is hands down the best unit I’ve seen. The views are fabulous, tons of light from additional windows and far enough from the pool bar to provide added peace and quiet but close enough to be an easy stroll over. I will definitely seek out this particular unit for future stays.
