For our first family trip to Korea, finding this place to stay is like winning a jackpot! The unit is extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with lots of amenities. We had requested for extra amenities such as ironing board which Hj gladly provided. Hj also let us check in early as our flight landed Seoul early morning. It was extremely kind gesture by landlord which we truly appreciate. Communication wise, Hj always responds to our queries and requests. Such a friendly and considerate person. 역과 가까운 위치, 바로앞에 이마트, 바로 옆에 편의점까지 완벽해요 ㅎㅎ 호스트님도 너무친절하시구 질문도 빠르게 답해주셔서 감사했습니다! 일주일간 머물면서 불편한점이 없었네요! 침대도 푹신푹신하고 침대 옆 바로 콘센트도있어서 편리했습니다! 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다👏👍

✨ 위치부터 숙소 컨디션까지, 정말 하나하나 정성을 들이신 게 느껴지는 곳이에요! 🏡💖 오리역 지하와 도보로 연결되어 있어서 이동이 너무 편리했고, 바로 앞에 홈플러스(1분 거리)도 있어서 필요한 게 있을 때 바로 다녀올 수 있었어요! 🛍️🚶‍♀️ 복층 구조라 공간 활용이 좋았고, 침대도 푹신해서 숙면했어요! 🛏️💤 주방 기구도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리하기에도 딱 좋았어요! 🍳✨ (소금, 후추, 식용유까지 준비되어 있음👍) 무엇보다 호스트님이 정말 친절하셔서 더욱 기분 좋았던 숙박이었어요! 😊💛 다음에도 또 오고 싶은 곳이에요! 💕✨

직원들이 출장으로 인해 사용을 하였습니다. 너무 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 마지막에 저희 불찰로 인해 너무 불편하고 번거롭해드려 죄송합니다. 감사합니다.

위치가 좋아서 이동하기 편리했고, 전반적으로 깔끔해서 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 특히 창고에 미리 짐을 맡겨둘 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

We have 6 people in our trip. And the house is exactly the same in the photos. And the house is fully furnished with microwave, toaster, etc. Near the house also have a little market and GS25 if you need amenities or food. Free parking is the one of the best thing for us too. Owner is so nice. every time when we have problem, she will response us immediately. Thanks for her hard work and let us stay in a comfortable home in Korea.

인테리어가 너무 아름답고, 편해서 내 집에서 편히 쉬다 간 기분이었습니다! 친구들이랑 오랜만에 만나 힐링 여행을 했는데 정말 여행 테마에 딱 맞는 숙소였습니다. 보드게임도 재미있게 하고 어메니티가 정말 여행객을 생각해주신 게 티가 많이나서 좋았습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 묵고싶습니다!

This place is incredibly good for family stay. The Host if responsive and friendly always help us in every request we asked. We loved everything of it, especially the living room & kitchen plus the rooftop with city view. The only comment i can say here is there is no elevator and bidet. The room is on the 4th floor. It is hard for us because we have a toddler to carry up and down. If all grown up will stay here and no need to carry up and down. Stairs would be fine. Surely we will go back here again once my toddler is a bit older. ☺️

아이들과 잠시 머물기에 아쉬움 없는 숙소에요. 아늑해서 좋고, 빌라이기에 정말 내 집 처럼 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있어요. 침구에 예민해서 깨끗함을 강조하시길래 더욱 믿고 예약했는데, 강조하신 대로 깨끗하고 피부 예민한 아이도 가려움 없이 지냈습니다. 수건도 넉넉히 준비해주셔서 좋았고 쓰레기도 분리수거만 잘 해놓으면 버려주시니 편했습니다. 가족들이 다 좋아한 숙소였어요. 감사합니다.

어른 8명이 거뜬히 모일 수 있고, 청결하게 이용하기 편했어요 수원산성 근처라 위치도 좋았어요 복층이라 수면 분리하기에도 좋았습니다. 화장실 2개인점도 좋았어요 복층에는 게임할 수 있도록 준비되어있어 모여서 속담맞추기 등의 게임을 하며 재밌게 놀 수 있었습니다. 호스트께서 미리 상세히 안내해주셔서 지인들에게 정보 제공하기 편했고, 숙소 이용에 큰 도움이 되었습니다😁

도착 전부터 위치, 주차 등 친절하게 안내해주셔서 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 저희가 방문했을 때가 연휴기간이라 공영주차장 만차에 골목에도 차가 너무 많아 주차하는데 시간이 조금 걸렸네요. 하지만 화성과 행리단길을 동네 산책하듯 갈 수 있는 위치와 깔끔하고 세심한 편의시설 덕분에 내집처럼 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

We booked the whole unit for a week and we got a discount. The host is responsive and the house is very clean when we check in. Many games to play so the kids love it. Only the water temperature is inconsistent but it’s just a minor issue. We had a great time staying here. Thanks a lot for providing a wonderful stay!

James is a great host and knows how to make a guest feel at home! Felt super welcome from the moment I booked the accommodation - place was great, walking distance to local shops, train stations and parks. James went above and beyond in his communication, going out his way to show me around despite being late in the evening and providing all the amenities one can need. Recommend his place 100% Thank you James!

Quite and peaceful place to stay

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

Had a great stay with my friends! The flat has everything you needed, all rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Recommend this spacious flat if you are travelling in big group.
