I stayed 1 week and I highly recommend this place. Everything was exactly like the photos,. There was everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, it was a walking distance to the subway station and to several local buses. The place was really quiet. The instructions were very clear, from the check-in to the check-out. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. As mentioned in a previous review, the apartment is slightly dark, there is no great view since there is another building close. But this was not a problem since I came to enjoy the city and not stay indoors the whole day. If I come back another time to Seoul, I would rent the place again!

숙소 너무 좋고 침대도 너무 폭신했어요!! 제목에 플스4있다고 해서 예약했는데 그건 유료라해서 이용 못했어요..! ㅜㅜ 업무도 봤어야했는데 마우스랑 키보드 고장으로 이용 못해서 아쉽습니다..! 바로 갖다주신다 했는데 이미 체크인한 상태라서 불편해서 저희가 거절했습니다. 아무튼 나머지는 다 좋았어요😊

너무 편안하고 아늑하게 지냈습니다. 교통편도좋고 주위 편의시설도 많아서 부족함이 하나도없었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 재방문의사있습니다. 추천합니다!

일단 호스트님께서 정말 너무 친절하십니다ㅠㅠ 머물렀던 방도 무척 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었어요 특히 들어가자마자 좋은 향이 은은하게 나서 정말 좋았습니다! 쾌적하고 편안하게 이용 잘 해서 리뷰 길게 남깁니다 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요 추천드립니다!!

훌륭한 위치와 호스트의 상세한 안내, 강남 번화가임에도 소음 없이 차분하게 휴식할 수 있었고 잠도 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 노후된 점이 있는지 수리 중으로 인해 기다리는 데에 시간이 좀 걸리기도 했습니다. 나머지 사항에 대해서는 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다.

급하게 예약했는데 너무 좋아서 잘 쉬었습니다

Stayed for a week and had everything we needed. So many close restaurants and markets, no car necessary if you don’t have. Mike responded to our needs very quickly. Will 100% percent stay here again.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. It was a great place to stay in general. Host was responsive and tried her best to accommodate what we requested. Super near Sindorim subway station, so it made our walks really easy. Good cafes and convenience stores are around. It was one month stay with 11 month old baby, and she provided baby chair, baby bath tub and other baby cutlery for us to use. When we requested for trash bags, cleaning supplies and cooking condiments, Julie provided us all we needed. I really appreciate it. For things to note: - Kitchen supplies are not super fancy, but it does its job. - It's good to note that train sound is quite noticeable, from 6am to 11pm. You get used to it, but it takes a few days to get used to it. Thank you Julie for hosting us!

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again

Very convenient location in Seoul. The building where the flat is located is directly above Wangsimni station, so the metro system was accessible to reach. As elsewhere in Seoul, they are known for multiple stairways — there are a number of stairs leading up to the building from exits 10 and 11, so just be aware with multiple luggages. 7/11 and a coffee shop is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building — we went there a few times during the week. We would love to stay here again when we’re next back in Seoul. :)

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this cozy two bedroom apartment. It was conveniently located in the Hongdae area, and close to many restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. Jasper was responsive and offered some fantastic recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Seongsu Haven was my all time favorite stay in Seoul. I had the best time having this place like home away from home. It’s in the most ideal location right by a subway exit. The condo is extremely comfortable and spacious. I can’t wait to be back and stay here again.

Great stay! the place is just like the photos, very clean and beautiful decor. Double bed was very comfy and had TV, hand towels, shampoo.. chair/table etc. Nice little kitchen for basic cooking but i didn't need to use it for my stay. The only thing was the bathroom which was fine for one night, but it wasn't the easiest to shower - just in a slightly awkward location but still able to shower. However it was very clean and a good size. Great communication with Terry, he responded quickly and sent me all check in information to have an easy stay. Thank you for a great stay! I would definitely recommend his place.

This place has great value for what its location has to offer. Easy access to public transportation and eatery. It is also near a huge electronic market for Smartphones and PC components. It is 15-20 min away from Seoul’s famous open and underground markets. I strongly recommend it if you are on a budget.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Namsan park and nearby suburbs. Do was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
