In town for a family wedding. Toni’s house was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and labeled for easy access to amenities! We have an active 13 month old and Toni provided pack and play, high chair and toys ! The location of the house was close to the town and airport and located on a quiet street ! Toni left a ton of recommendations that made planning outings a breeze ! We hope to come back !

This was our third time staying in Pat’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The area is peaceful and the house is close to the pathway along the river. We enjoyed walks throughout town and exploring along the river. Looking forward to returning!

We had a great time staying at the Modern Mountain Farmhouse, it was well stocked with everything except your food of choice, bathroom was well stocked with plenty of everything, all of the furniture was very clean and comfortable, the bed coverings were very clean, the bed is what I would call medium it wasn’t as soft as I like or as hard as my wife likes but we both slept great on it, this is a great getaway cabin in a beautiful peaceful location, all I can say is I wish we had more time to spend there.

If you are looking to get away for the weekend or need a place to stop for a night or 2. This place is the best! It is a nice peaceful place to stay and the town of Ouray is a great place to visit. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful cabin, really responsive host, only wish there had been some warning about the off season in Telluride meaning almost everything in both towns was closed, but otherwise very peaceful and nice space.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, the place was very cozy and extremely clean. Had full amenities, great location and beautiful view.

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Jennifer’s place was the perfect spot. Walkable to shops and restaurants and the views were beautiful. We came during off season so It was pretty quiet around us.

The unit was super clean, convenient and perfect for two people. Vivian was great to communicate with on any issues.

As an adaptive athlete, quality of stay is highly dependent on usability. This place was very nice and great for the price. The only downside for me was not being able to use the master bed. Not the fault of owners but I needed a place for a ski trip. The kitchen was stocked and appliances were very high end. The bath products were great and the shower got hot quick and stayed hot. Would come back if I could figure out the bedroom space.

Simple place and good value in Telluride. Liked having a parking space and the parking lot always had a spot for us in the evening. Communal hot tub was nice. One block from free bus route was nice.

What a beautiful property! It was located right off the main street, so if you are eating out or shopping, you don't have to take your car! I'd give it six stars, if I could! Walking in, I was struck by how clean and tidy the condo was. The decorations were on point, the attention to detail noticeable. Just a few notes about specific things! First, the fireplace throws real heat! You have to push the first three button on the remote. Lovely! Upstairs is solid and quiet, no creaky floors. The upstairs showerhead and water pressure are AMAZING! And Jennifer even provides Q-tips...remember what I said about attention to detail? Quick note about the shower downstairs! This is not a negative, but simply how the shower is designed! Do not turn the water on (to heat up the water) before you step into the shower! The showerhead points directly at the door of the shower and you (and the bathroom) will get a dousing! Of course, the comedic effect is priceless!

My family and I had a great stay at Paige's rental. The unit was clean and located in a great spot in Telluride! We could walk to all of the historic areas in town, and the view of the mountains from our unit was beautiful. We appreciated the play pen provided for our baby, and the in-unit washer dryer! Paige was very responsive with any questions that we had. If we come back to Telluride we will definitely look to stay here again!

Nicolas was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was super homely. We loved that you could park the car and walk everywhere. We had a great stay! Highly recommend.

Jackie's place was great for someone wanting easy access to a ski lift. Lift 7 was right across the street and an easy walk. The interior was great and had many built-in amenities to keep it low-cost. The proximity to the grocery store was also a plus, as you could walk without driving. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Great place! Loved proximity to hot tub, skiing and walkable to restaurants, grocery store and skiing. Loved the free gondola to Mountain Village for more dining options. Comfortable beds and cozy space after a day of heli skiing! Definitely recommend!

Great location and place to stay in Telluride. Charlie was very helpful and responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again!

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!
