Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps SEVEN! Living room has two fold down leather futons. This is a perfect rental for two families! Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
