Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Ich habe schon oft Häuser gebucht, solche Gastgeber hatte ich noch nie. Bei unsere Ankunft fanden wir nicht nur Käse und Wurst, sondern auch selbst gemachtes Brot und Gebäck. Am dritten Tag wurden wir mit einem Kuchen überrascht und am Tag danach haben sie Lasagne und Nachtisch für uns gemacht. Samuele war mit Abstand der freundlichste und aufmerksamste Gastgeber, den wir je erlebt haben. Seine herzliche Art hat das atemberaubende Haus perfekt gemacht. Wir waren drei Familien mit Kindern, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Die Küche war super zum gemeinsamen kochen. Die Umgebung ist sagenhaft schön, der Ausblick ein Traum. Der Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder waren perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Saskia im Vorfeld, als auch mit Samuele vor Ort war hervorragend. Ich könnte noch lange schwärmen, leider reichen die Zeichen nicht. 1000 Dank an Samuele für das tolle Haus und seine Gastfreundschaft. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Locuința este așa cum este menționată în descriere.Aceasta se afla situata într-o zonă liniștită și sigură. Statia de tren prevăzută și cu locuri de parcare auto, gratuite,de unde se poate ajunge in diverse locații turistice ale Romei, se afla la circa 15 minute de mers lejer pe jos.Un bilet costa 1 euro, indiferent de locația aflată pe traseu.Biletele de tren pot fi achitate și cu cardul insa in 4 zile consecutive, am putut achita doar cu bani lichizi. La circa 5 minute de mers lejer pe jos de locuința se afla o pizzerie de calitate.Tot in zona se afla diverse magazine alimentare, gelaterie, la circa 9 minute este un supermagazin și o benzinărie. Aparatul de făcut cafea este espressor pentru aragaz. - 1.butonul de la vasul WC, trebuie acționat simultan, de 4-5 ori până ce va curge apa la toaleta 2.datorita umezelii din camera de baie, usa de acces la baie se deschide și închide mai greu 3. miros închis, specific locuințelor nearisite periodic. Aș opta din nou, aici pentru cazare.

Cristiano è un host disponibile in ogni aspetto del soggiorno: dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento del check-out. Molto importante il suo aiuto anche per quanto riguarda la possibilità di “appoggiarsi” ad un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre necessità: tre stanze da letto, un bagno con una bella cabina doccia e la zona giorno molto funzionale. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri da casa. Un punto strategico che terrò in considerazione per future visite in zona.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

Casa bella e fornita di tutto, con tantissimo verde intorno e una splendida vista lago. Venirci in primavera o estate deve essere bellissimo fare colazione o mangiare nel portico con vista lago. Sì trova in campagna ma in 10 minuti si arriva al lago e in 45 minuti si arriva a Roma.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this property. We really enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and the great fireplace on cooler evenings. It’s also a great location for exploring nearby towns and hot springs. Thank you!

La casa è vicina al paese ma immersa nella campagna, facilmente raggiungibile da 2 punti, entrambi con un pezzo di strada sterrata, uno più breve, uno più lungo, entrambi fattibili andando piano. La vista sulle colline e gli uliveti circostanti, la grande piscina, le aree esterne e il giardino sono davvero il punto forte della casa, con molti angoli dove sedersi per godere l’ombra o il sole. Pur essendoci qualche casa attorno, c’è molta privacy e tranquillità. L’interno della casa è nuovo, ben fornito, soprattutto la cucina; anche se lo spazio non è grande è organizzato molto bene. Il tutto è recintato e c’è un ampio spazio per parcheggiare all’interno. In definitiva, consiglio davvero il soggiorno in questo alloggio e nella Sabina, una zona ancora poco turistica ma che offre mille tesori naturali, storici e gastronomici da scoprire.

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Sono stati 3 giorni fantastici, siamo riusciti anche ad accendere la brace. Nonostante il meteo non fosse granché la casa era super confortevole e ne abbiamo approfittato per riposarci nel totale silenzio e tranquillità. Irene è stata preziosa nei consigli e ci ha saputo fornire le precise indicazioni per raggiungere la casa. Geta super accogliente con noi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.
