With direct lake access in your backyard, you can enjoy the provided kayaks or bring your own boat and tie off to your private dock. Enjoy fishing from your dock. Take the family to the beautiful public beach and enjoy the splash pad and skatepark. The Houlton nature preserve is a short walk away. Downtown Elk River is a short mile away

Rush Lake is connected to Julia and Briggs approx 1000 acre of lake to cruise on the included pontoon with your stay! There is no pontoon or dock with winter rates. Sleeps 6. If pontoon were to break and not be available , deduction of 75 $ per day of stay will be deducted as when renting out stuff, it does happen.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

This comfortable space sits on a three acre hobby farm. Enjoy the quiet nature sounds and play with some sweet goats! Then you can sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. There is a homeschool group that uses the connected party room/shop on Wednesday mornings.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms (3 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 cots) and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 7-seater hot tub, a large pit couch for movie nights, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and an 18-foot long water mat. Pontoon available to rent between May-early October for $225/day w/ 2 day minimum. Plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. Take advantage of nearby parks and restaurants in Zimmerman!
