The apartment was exactly as described, and is located in a beautiful part of Saint John within walking distance of amenities. Rachel was super quick to respond when I had a question about the heating. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Rachel and Kay!

C'était très propre Les rénovations semble récente, par contre en tant que travailleur de la construction, je peux dire que ça semble avoir été faite vite. L'extérieur est dû. Possitif Près de tout Distance à pied du centre ville Cuisine complète Chaisse Massante Très grand et Chaleureux Négatif Stationnement dans la rue, souvent indisponible près du logement mais généralement à moins de 2 minutes de marche. La cours arrière n'est pas entretenu Plusieurs télévision, mais pas tous configuré à mon arrivé. Je vous le recommande

Great space and location - met all our needs for a weekend event Downtown. Exactly as described, very clean and layout of the house is perfect to accommodate a group. This is our 2nd stay at the Harvey House and will not be our last! Highly recommended.

Is it possible we give 5000 stars instead of just 5?! Sylvia, Paul and their place are hidden GEMs in Grand-Bay Westfield. We recently had the pleasure of staying at their wonderful, cozy place at Grand-Bay Westfield that felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Sylvia and Paul went above and beyond, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer helpful tips about local area and ensure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We stayed there with our little one and our cat. They even prepared the house with extra equipment needed for a baby and a cat to be safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay and being such gracious hosts. Take care of yourselves as well as lovely James, Maya, Whippy and Sam. Hopefully, we will have the chance to see you guys and stay at your place again. :)

Great spot & Great location - it is located about 5 min drive from the Trade & Convention Centre where we had our event which was perfect! Also, the hosts Kate & Pat responded immediately every time we had a question - would recommend for a comfortable stay in Saint John.

Location! Location! beautiful penthouse with stunning views!! lots of stairs but we'll worth it. I could listen to the sound of the train horn in distance day and night. well worth the price!!

This place was gorgeous and amazingly clean. Really was the best air b and b we have stayed at. Would love to book again for next year.

My adult son and I were in Fredericton for 1 week visiting family and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place were we could each have our own space. At Montclair's, we each had our own bedroom. Very spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our home away from home for 1 week. Location was perfect as it was a 1 minute drive from our family. Highly recommend for anyone.

A nice and comfortable place to stay near downtown Fredericton. It was conveniently located a short walk from the convention centre, where I was attending a conference. I’d recommend staying here.

The accommodations were lovely, Pat was very responsive & he also provided some great recommendations for site seeing.

Megan’s two bedroom apartment was the perfect spot for a week long stay in Fredericton… fully equipped (the washer/dryer was greatly appreciated), spacious and centrally located, the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Megan was an excellent host, communicating quickly and clearly. Looking forward to my next trip to Fredericton.

I had my good time staying here. They also provided paid parking lot which wasn’t mentioned in the amenities. Kim was very responsive and supportive. Though we got an issue with the parking lot, she helped us out with instant solution. Late check-out was the best thing. I appreciate that. Thanks for hosting us nicely!
