In a city where power cuts and water shortages are not uncommon, it remarkable that Ezana was able to provide both with no interruption throughout my stay. Ezana is extremely responsive and proactive and keeps communication open all the time. She provided a blender when I requested one and did her best to give me total satisfaction. I will go back to her place again and again as I visit Addis Ababa. I had a wonderful stay!

I’m a peace corps volunteer living in Ethiopia and I was stopping through Addis on my way on vacation. Dan’s place was awesome. Very cool experience to see how people live in Addis. The apartment is in Very peaceful. If you’re not Ethiopian looking (like me) you’re likely to face a lot of harassment in the city BUT I didn’t experience a single issue in the complex. Dan is a wonderful host! Although I’m somewhat familiar with Addis, Dan drove me around the neighborhood, showed me some landmarks and some places to eat. The apartment is in a great location for anyone visiting. I also made some requests for kitchen utensils and he was so helpful getting what I needed. The apartment itself is by no means the best western, but it’s clean, comfortable and in a great area. The bathroom is very clean, the apartment in general was very clean, I had no issues with bugs and mysterious bites that I’ve become accustom to since living in rural Ethiopia. I will without a doubt stay here again. If you’re traveling to Addis from a different country and want to get a taste of how people in the city live, this is a great spot. Great host, clean, quiet, comfortable. Betam tiru!

The place is very comfortable and cozy in a private (gated) and very peaceful environment. Aleme and Henok were always responsive and ready to help with anything. When I checked in, everything was cleaned and neatly organized, and had everything that I needed for a month-long stay, from a full kitchen to a washer and good WiFi for work. I hope I can stay here again in my next visit to Addis Ababa.

I loved my stay here! We were accommodated very quickly despite booking last minute. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with comfortable bedsheets, towels and all kitchenware. The location is amazing, central and close to the airport, cafes, and shopping. There’s a generator in the building but we never had a problem with electricity or water. The great sunset views from the balcony were an unexpected plus. The entire building is clean and well-kept. I will definitely be staying here again while in Addis. Our host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Thank you so much Massiah!

"The perfect location for the digital Nomad." I was remote working while in Addis and Feysal's place was perfect. Located in a scenic neighborhood on the outskirts of Addis with all the amenities you may need In the immediate area. Feysal is a super host (even if the app doesn't list him as one.) He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I fell sick when I was there and Feysal rushed to get me medicines and came to check up on me regularly to make sure I was doing well, and to get me anything I needed. Truly a wonderful stay and a lovely experience. I highly recommend it. -Stayed for a little over a month

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at Michael's place. If you want clean and a place that matches the online pictures, then this is the place for you. All of the rooms were just as described and very clean. I've stayed at other places where the hosts are not in the area, and you can tell. Michael personally sees to his place and you can tell the difference and attention to detail. I highly recommend.
