Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Greystone Cottage in Historic Waynesville

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

Secluded, reclaimed log cabin. This hidden gem is a piece of the past with the comfort of modern amenities. Come sit a spell on either of the porch swings, enjoy a campfire by the pond, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, or soak in the hot tub. *Please note- We will have property around The Cabin being logged during September. Ormsby Mitchel was a Major General during the Civil War, and this was his home. This updated historic home was built in 1814 and is in the heart of downtown Lebanon. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Easy access to local attractions like Kings Island and the Miami Valley Casino. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and plenty of space to spread out. A charming place to stay when traveling for work, a romantic weekend, a getaway with friends, or a family gathering.

This updated stylish 2 bed/1.5 bath single story guesthouse is perfect for work, group trips, fun, or family visits. The kitchen has dishes, cookware utensils, and pantry basics (oil, seasonings, sugar & flour). A Keurig single-serving and carafe coffee maker with k-cups and coffee filters is provided. The guesthouse has two living spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a grill.
