Clean and nicely laid out home to stay. Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Overall a nice, quiet place to stay at. Israel is also a very responsive host, any issues we had were addressed promptly.

Great Communication from staff. Gave great recommendation and the house was very cozy and clean. Many things to do nearby and I would recommend this for a party up to 10. I would definitely recommend this to friends and come back in the future for another hike!!!

Brian was excellent with communication — he responded quickly and explained everything clearly and kindly. The location is easy to find and surrounded by useful places, including a hotel and charming small towns nearby. You don’t feel too isolated, yet you’re still in a peaceful cabin, away from everything, surrounded only by the sounds of nature. It’s a wonderful place! My husband and I went there to relax, and it was perfect. The cabin is beautiful. I only missed having wine glasses and a few extra touches that could make the space feel even more charming and romantic — but I shared this with Brian, and he was very kind and open to the feedback. Overall, everything was great, and I definitely recommend Brian’s cabin. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in the Poconos! The place was exactly as described—peaceful, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing escape. From the moment we booked, Brian was incredibly accommodating. He answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness as a host truly made the experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back. Highly recommend!

From the minute we booked our stay, Kate and Brad were responsive, gracious hosts. We work a ton in Brooklyn and don’t get out as often as we’d like, so the combination of this beautiful, serene property and Kate’s welcoming touches exceeded our expectations. We were at ease in the home, which was very well-laid out and extremely cozy, and took the time to enjoy the property and indulge in some sauna and hot tub time after hiking. Everything was pristine and easy to use-any questions we had were answered promptly and with so much friendliness that it never felt like we were bothering them. The care that was taken to ensure we enjoyed ourselves was certainly more than anything we’ve experienced at another rental, and we feel so well cared for and so rejuvenated that we’re already talking about booking another stay. Every year we look for the perfect fall, child-free escape. We found this place and it was everything we wanted. The house itself sits on top of a large hill, completely private with beautiful mountainous surroundings. We spent our first night enjoying the cozy home, cooking dinner and soaking in the hot tub. The next day, we went to Bethel woods to check out the Woodstock museum followed by dinner at the Resorts World Casino. Unfortunately, we did have a bit of wind and a few power lines fell and blocked off the driveway. The management company was quick to respond and sorted out the problem promptly. We were without internet for the remainder of our stay but this wasn’t an issue because we were mostly outside during our visit. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet time away. The only suggestion I will make is there were no paper towels at all, one roll would have been helpful. Bring your own paper towels!! We would absolutely love to return. 10/10

William’s cabin is like something out of a movie. The cabin itself is beautiful, made with exceptional craftsmanship. The floors are all hardwood, but our dogs had no problems with it (they usually won’t walk on wood floors). The location is so peaceful, I’d never guess how close we were to shops - but William left a binder with minimal, easy house instructions and lists of all sorts of local attractions - farms, wineries, restaurants, and so on. Everything appliwas as described and worked perfectly. The grounds are almost park-like, but there’s no doubt you’re in nature. We heard barred owls near the cabin at night, and down by the river by day are kingfishers, herons, pileated woodpeckers, and all the usual smaller birds. Obviously, bring bug spray, as with everywhere that’s more rural. There are hiking trials nearby, & the cabin is easy walking distance to the Appalachian trail - if you take it heading west, you’ll get gorgeous views. Overall, 10/10 can’t wait to come back

Very nice place, just a few minutes drive to Mountain Creek, so we could be on the mountain early before the crowds. The fireplace was a nice bonus during a cold week. The kitchen was well stocked, and Kristina was very responsive when we had a small issue. Thank you!

Amazing air bnb, Laura is a great host very responsive and considerate. We had to leave a bit later because of a snow storm but she was super understanding and helpful. It’s a great cabin for an escape in the woods.

This honestly might be the best air bnb I have stayed in thus far. The decor was a 10/10. So many cool antiques inside the house. The house is so cozy and I felt like I was at home the moment I stepped in. I love being in the middle of nowhere and this places description doesn’t live up to how beautiful it is in person. Honestly if you are able to book this place do it immediately because something this unique is hard to find!

Susie's cabin is legitimately amazing. We were going for a rustic weekend out in the woods--and Susie's place delivered. Clean, warm, cozy, comfortable, with a great deck and BBQ grill/fire pit out back. There is a little store right next to the cabin, grocery stores very close, and a butcher if you have a grilling/BBQ night in mind. Susie herself was also lovely and was very sweet and responsive. Would highly recommend--particularly for a couple from NYC who is looking for a change of pace for a few days. Susie's cabin is also very easy to get to.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was really beautiful and large! Close proximity to some great sights, and it was very very clean! Rhona was very helpful and responsive and told us we could check in at any time, which made traveling much less stressful! The only thing was that the shower caused a leak above the dining table - it didn’t bother us, Rhona said that it sometimes happens if the shower deism so clogged. Also, good to be aware that you can hear everything through the walls - which was actually helpful for us because we could hear the baby that slept in the room right above us. Didn’t even need the monitor. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come again!

I am so incredibly grateful for Guido and Heather's hospitality and kindness! They have huge hearts, were very accommodating, and welcomed my little doggo and I with open arms into their cabin. This was a very tough visit due to the reason I had to come and being able to come home to a place that was so very cozy, peaceful, and welcoming, meant the world to me! My pupper loved being able to run and I loved the creek! Thank you for everything and being such amazing people!! ❤ ps. Also, very clean!! 😊

Booked 2 weeks originally and extended a further week I was so happy with the place, lovely area in a peaceful location I was sad to go, Mays couldn't be more polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure it was the perfect stay and the price was great. Will definitely be returning 😊

5 stars! We had the most wonderful anniversary weekend at this cabin. The setting was absolutely beautiful, tucked inside a peaceful lake community. Check-in was seamless, and we were so impressed by how thoughtfully the space was decorated — cozy candles, calming diffusers, and every detail carefully curated. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt clean and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene, well-appointed retreat!

Wonderful vacation spot! We visited during the winter so unfortunately couldn't enjoy the full potential of this property but hope to visit during the warmer months to take advantage of all the outdoor perks. For us the highlight was the wood burning fireplace which made it a perfect snowy weekend getaway. The dining area had a nice view into the woods and over the water which was really beautiful with the snow. The beds were comfy, the shower was cute and had hot water, and there was practically anything you could need in the kitchen including coffee and tea. The host was also very responsive and worked with our scheduling which was great. We were super happy with our stay and hope to visit again soon.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, and beautiful thought out. It was just the right amount of rustic with modern improvements like the beautiful kitchen. I loved that there wasn't cell service and that the wifi was spotty. I don't understand the reviews that list this as a negative- isn't that the reason you come to a place like this? Get outside, read a book, talk to one another. THAT is what this place is for - not working remotely or sitting home and streaming netflix the whole time. If that's what you want to do, I don't judge but you shouldn't come here to do it. My only negative is that I wasn't able to stay longer in this dream cabin!

Indian lake is holy ground. I’m a level 5 empath and energy worker. Ancient wisdom energy beings thrive wi th tallman state park behind the house and the fauna and healthy ecosystem speak for itself. In these three day visit we saw 1) 2 Pilated woodpecker’s 2) a family of 6 bears replete with a cub hugging a tree 3) a great grey heron with 7 foot wing span 4) a gaggle of giant crows and 5) a lone HUGE black bear > 600 lbs. if nature is your cup of tea Lionel’s your man. Thanks again we will be back!
