This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free street parking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

This one bedroom legal suite is located in Meadows nestled in the community of rosewood in southeastern Saskatoon. Two minutes drive from the house, lies a town centre with Costco, boutiques, restaurants, amenities. Downtown Saskatoon is a mere 7 minutes away. Enjoy your privacy as you have a free parking in the driveway and access the suite through the right side of the entrance. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
