It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Relax with the whole family in a private one bedroom guest suite. The bedroom has (1) Cal King Bed and in the living area there is also a full size & twin size bed. The suite is has (2) TV's. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are provided for your stay along with dishes. The suite is connected to the home by a double sided door. The door will remain locked on both ends. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

NO KITCHEN and NO RESTAURANT. Self-serve/complementary coffee & tea bar with 1st day breakfast pastry. Snack center for purchases. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator, k-cup coffee, hot-water kettle. Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.
