It is a good place to explore Irvine. Everything is reasonable and convenient. Farah is a very friendly host. We will choose here again next time when we visit Irvine.

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Great apartment honestly worth every penny felt right at home

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and no issues at all. Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated that the unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the parking spot and garage entrance. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and inviting—truly a cozy home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even my dog enjoyed relaxing by the window and patio, watching the communal green space and exploring the nearby walking paths. My only caveat is that the walls are a bit thin, which may be worth considering for light sleepers. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again.

Edgar was very accommodating to our family needs. He was prompt in responding to our enquiries. Parking was definitely our biggest concern as we had multiple family members coming for the World Rugby Sevens at the Dignity Health Sports Center in Carson ;but Edgar’s place turned our perfect for our family parking needs as his place has multiple vehicle parking spaces.I am a stickler for cleanliness and Edgar’s place definitely did not disappoint. Overall my family was 10/10 satisfied at Edgar’s place.

The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

I loved this studio! It was quiet, comfortable, private and well-provisioned. The bed was super comfortable! It met my all needs. Parking was very convenient. Great value! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.
