A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Nestled in the heart of nature, but close to town, this one-bedroom apartment offers a rare opportunity (normally only available during retreats) to experience the deep serenity of the land, lovingly run by a Dutch and French couple. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.
