This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

Dear humans, The government is on to me and I'm having to ditch my cabin while I'm on the run. Grab the fam and come watch over my place for me? It's 4 bed, 3.5 bath, and sleeps 14 in beds (and up to 18 with 2 pack-n-plays and 2 peeps on the couch). I've got a heated pool with 5 foot waterfall, pickleball/basketball court, barrel sauna, hot tub, play place, party deck, firepit, and game room. Ps.
