This us a great little house and the host was very accommodating. Close to plenty of restaurants and sights. fully equipped kitchen if staying in is your thing. awesome decor and cool story of the owners and their purchase and renovation of the home. We are not baseball fans but the park across the street was a great place for us to take our dog and hang out during the day. Just what we needed for our stay. Thank You!

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. The first time was in the Fall with girlfriends. This time was late April with our entire family. Six adults and two teens. It was just perfect. There is so much to do, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, pool table and movie room.

We really enjoyed the location and the comfortable beds. Our family of 4 had a great time in the pool and the roof top. The place is even bigger in person. Thanks again!!

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back! The house was well laid out and we loved the walkable neighborhood. The king bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the backyard. Especially in the early morning and later afternoon when the pool offered a welcome opportunity to cool off. The highway noise is noticeable when you are in the backyard but coming from NYC it didn’t bother us and there were lots of birds you can hear and see including hummingbirds.

Dina was a wonderful host, we had an issue and she came over and addressed it. We really loved the neighborhood it was very peaceful. We really enjoyed the different birds that flew around her house. The pool was really wonderful spent many evenings in it, what impressed us the most was how quiet the surroundings were, it made for a really wonderful vacation.

This was a great find in downtown Mesa! Sarah was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The place was comfortable and clean and had all the essentials we needed.

The hosts communicated extremely well. There were some minor issues, but they responded swiftly and corrected them with zero impact on our stay. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and throughout our stay. The houses were decorated extremely well as if they were lived in year-round. Both houses had their unique charm and were functional in every way whether it was the pools, the hot tub, or the appliances. The locations was center to every place we needed to visit. We would definitely rent again.

At first I got lost looking for the place since it was in an Rv park. I thought one of the rv's were the room haha but I also got there at night so it wasn't as easy to find for me. Overall the place was clean and quiet and a good fit for the night. Thank you

Accurate description in the listing. Super easy check-in process. Very convenient location. Would recommend a small car (if renting) as it can require some maneuvering to get into the parking spot. Would stay here again!

Great spot if you need something long ish term. Stayed for a month waiting to close on my house and it fit my needs perfectly.

Sparkling clean. Very cozy/comfortable. Conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale and easy access to main roads. Quiet area. Would recommend to friends visiting the area. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay. Lots of room and very large bed. I shared room with my disabled sister and it was wheelchair accessible and the showers was awesome to be able to help her with her shower!!!!! We have never found that anywhere else. We loved having a small fridge and freezer and coffee pot. Very private and quiet!!! Loved our stay. Definitely recommend!!!

I was in town for a work trip. Gary's listing is a perfect place to stay, close to everything and located on a peaceful Street. I'll definitely seek out this listing next time I'm in town.

Alessandro's place is amazing ! We absolutely loved staying and look forward to going back one day. They were actually traveling while we staying at the house but they made it so simple to get ahold of them. The house is very pretty, eclectic, and clean.

My favorite Airbnb in the many years I’ve been using the app. This is beautiful, well laid out home. Nicely decorated and clutter free. The air purifiers around the house were a welcome bonus. Wish we stayed long enough to use the large theatre room, the foosball and air hockey. (We stayed 3 nights and were busy the whole time.) We enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio - nice outdoor sofa and chairs. Nicole responded quickly to any questions. Absolutely would stay again!

Heidi and Troy’s place was such a wonderful experience. The backyard looks just like the photos and was perfect to relax and enjoy the pool. Heidi gave us recommendations for things to do in the area and is such a gracious host. She made a delicious breakfast and went above and beyond providing items to allow us to hike the trails nearby. Would absolutely recommend this stay, you will not regret it!

GCU parents here- We stayed 5 nights at Wanda’s place to do our sons apartment move-out for Summer break at GCU. The location was so close and convenient to the school (3.5 miles). Walmart was in between her place and GCU so grabbing food or something needed for the move was not a problem at all. Her place Is so clean!!! It feels like a home, not a hotel. My son and his friend decided they wanted pizza from Walmart at 8pm on Sunday night. I was able to quickly go get it. I then got back and realized I needed foil & non-stick cooking spray. Wanda’s place thankfully had both! I cannot say enough about the parking spot for this unit. It is right at the gate that enters the yard. That made it so easy to load & unload. This was also very handy when we had to load our vehicle at 4am & it was still dark out. Our car was right there at the gate! If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for your GCU students move-in or move-out, then Wanda’s place will meet that need!

Beth had a really wonderful cozy room for me to sleep in as well as providing everything necessary for an excellent stay. Enjoyed it!
