Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

We had a fantastic week in Emanuela’s house. The house is extremely authentic, well proportioned and has an excellent location. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the old town. The host was very responsive and helpful. If this house is available to book, book it.

Fint hus i ett lugnt villaområde med gångavstånd till stränder både i Antibes och Juan-les-Pins samt till Antibes gamla stad. Nära till boulangerie och liten butik. Fräscha och fina badrum och kök. Smidig och välfungerande A/C, dock endast på övervåningen. Härlig pool som uppskattades mycket av barnen. Väldigt lätt att ha att göra med Fabrice och de andra. Vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Cette bergerie rénovée dans un style contemporain est des plus charmante, très bien équipée et située au calme. Rien à redire également sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Par ailleurs Marine et Anthony sont réactifs et répondent à la moindre sollicitation/demande de conseil. En conclusion je recommende vivement pour qui veut visiter Nice et son arrière pays.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement à la déco stylée, très bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal ; la réputation du Carré d'Or à Nice n'est pas usurpée. De plus, Marie-Françoise est une hôte très sympathique qui partage les bonnes adresses et qui se montre très réactive. Une adresse précieuse !

Asunto on mukava neljälle aikuiselle. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä, kaunis maisema. Alakerran boulangerie on loistava, herkulliset tuotteet ja ystävällinen palvelu. Lähistöltä on helppo liikkua bussilla ja junalla pitkin Cote d’Azuria. Jose ja Catherine ovat ystävällisiä ja joustavia isäntiä.

Super appartement, très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Idéal pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le balcon et la place de parking privée sont un vrai plus ! Anne est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir une semaine de beau temps 🙂

My stay at Lorenzo’s place was absolutely fantastic – honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly, quick, and reliable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. I felt at home from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a truly outstanding host – warm, attentive, and always available in case you need anything. The location is also perfect – peaceful yet central. Grégoire’s unit offers beautiful views with a spacious, clean living area. Steps away from restaurants and the Old City area! I had an excellent stay.

Brilliant location. Great, comfortable base, just like the photos. Very helpful host. The balcony is a real bonus, lovely place to sit. Walkable to seafront and the many things Nice had to offer. Very close to supermarkets, cafes, tram stop for both lines (including to the airport), station for trips along the coast. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Charmerende hus med fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige og naturskønne omgivelser. Julie og Adrien var utrolig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Stor tak til jer, vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler meget gerne huset til andre også

La casa está ubicada en una situación privilegiada, tranquila e ideal para familias. Está situada perfectamente para visitar la zona de la Costa Azul. La recomiendo.
