Yes, literally 60 seconds walk and you are on the crystal white Gulf of Mexico beaches. Our beachhouse was renovated with new carpets, paint, kitchen appliances, new bathrooms and blinds (in the bedrooms). It is ready to be your perfect vacation base in Destin! It's rare to find a true 3 bedroom, laid out across 2 levels . Kids can sleep upstairs while adults chat downstairs! Better than a high rise as you can park right outside and no elevators. Not on the beach, but right next to it.

The unit is located on Okaloosa Island, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, about 6 miles to Destin and 16 miles to Miramar Beach. 3 adult limit. Sorry, no pets. Please note that the building exterior is currently being re-sided (Jan, '26), so the building will be "Zen blue" in a month or so.
